On their site, they say there' adding five new characters (definitely Azrael, Bullet, Amane, Izayoi and Kagura), + 2 DLC Characters. One of them is probably Terumi, now the other one... Kokonoe? She's been shown to have a new character art too.

By the time CP his retail in the west, a ps3 would/should be no more than 150 bucks.

Also because it's streaming this also means more free space on your HDD since you won't have to download and keep large amount of data! But come on guys, Arc loves their ports! CP+#/R Extend for Vita and PS4 in 2014 Whats Gaikai like in terms of lag though? If there is any sense of lag then its going to be unplayable.

Yeah, the release time between the JPN and the ENG versions of BB has been increasing with every new game. I mean, I planned on buying both the JPN and ENG versions of CP anyway, but now I have to dodge spoilers for a couple months before the English version comes out. (Which might be impossible if I want to play Kagura.)
