I really hope BBCP has online training mode that can be used with 2 ppl at the same time. would be nice to get exact help online with the training mode being used with a friend instead of setting matches to like 5 and doing unsecessary stuff to build heat to demonstrate and explain.

Am I the only one that finds it slightly odd how Bullet's art always seems to have her hair flowing backwards similar to Ragna's, but her sprite clearly shows it flowing forwards?

Maybe it's just because her main portrait is a little confusing. Oh well. Have some Bullet.

Maybe if we push it in some way we can get it, after all, maybe there is still time to ask asw if they can try to implement it

This! I have never thought about this. This would be an amazing addition to the game. Maybe they could do this other modes as well. Abyss comes to mind, or conquest.

BTW I hope they feature a new mode that's not as frustrating or slow as Abyss. Something that actually feels... you know, FUN?

Online training mode sounds like the best thing ever. This would be perfect for newcomers who don't have a mentor near them but would like to learn about their character or the game without losing 1,000 matches in a row.

Yeah i just thought this would be a VERY convient way to upgrade BB not only for veterans alike but to newcomers as well who wanna learn very consistently and can play each other endlessly which can also help out in various simulations of areas ppl are weak in against other pro players. i also think that this should have been in extend since i was hoping it was the entire time. but if its still a shot i hope ASW can take the time to really consider and make the function a reality in this game id be very pleased with this mode online its a nice move for the company imo.

Yukiko's projectile hits low though right? I forget the name, but it moves along the ground. Why would it be shocking to have that in BB for Bullet?

The problem with a KOF projectile in an ArcSys game is that ArcSys games have a lot more mobility for all their characters compared to SNK characters, something moving on the ground means you can easily jump around it compared to an SNK game, where you also can't block in the air. making it all the more imperative to jump over the projectile properly otherwise you look like an idiot.

The hit properties of P4U were mad annoying to me...

If Bullet had a grounded projectile that hit low it would give her a better mixup game, if it hits high then meh, it wouldn't be anything too special (although I guess if you can make the opponent desperate enough to jump over it you can try for AUB setups?)

Hitting low would actually be a good properly. Hopefully it does otherwise it'll just be Bullet's Gaunlet Hades.

At first I only read the first sentence, and I was going to disregard what you said and say that would be unnecessary. But after reading the whole thing, that would be a VERY smart addition to the game.

Teaching someone this game online is VERY counter intuitive

How'd you not have fun in Abyss mode? You basically got to become Super Saiyan with all the power ups + auras, and be able to do ridiculous stuff you couldn't normally do and fight "bosses" who were godly. That's no fun?

The not fun part was grinding for all of the items in the shop for the cheevo; it's a real fucking drag, especially since it's all random.

I still haven't found all of them ;-;

It would be cool if we had a versus mode and maybe an online vs mode were we can use the upgrades that we bought on the abyss mode, you know, for the lulz

It'd just be a bunch of Unlimited Enchanced Arakune's with lvl 3 Berserker on.

In any event, Chrono Phantasma thread, not Abyss thread... though I do wonder if Abyss will make a return to the console version...

It's fun the first 3 times you play it.

But when it's about getting the lv.3 items and shit... FUCK NO.

abyss is fantastic

25% meter rapid cancels=dragon punch->followup into they're way fucking off the screen, lol

i guess if you're a completionist it can get frustrating but who gives a fuck

need abyss versus mode though

I wish they'd merge some aspects of abyss mode with story mode to actually give it more progression than a visual novel. I was kinda thinking about that when you guys were talking about story mode following groups of characters rather than individuals.

I guess part of me still would like to see the RPG that BB could have been...

I want the Team vs option from AC+.

Players choose 3 characters and fight their teams against each other, KoF13 style.

When one dies, switch to next. Player who survives stays with same HP/Burst/Heat(maybe).

That was the coolest feature and adds a bunch of play value for Casuals. It would even allow for cool tournament ideas instead of Spark destroying the shit out of every other team at EVO.
