If the Murakumos get in, I can definitely see them as being the Kliff/Justice of the series. And by that, I mean they become console-exclusive and are tourney banned. Here's some predictions.

-Only Nu and Mu, Lambda's colors are combined with Nu's.

-Both will not have normal modes. They will be Unlimited by default, just to facilitate the fact that they are banned in tourneys.

-Nu's Overdrive would let her summon 2 of every sword like her old Unlimited mode. She would play like CT Nu combined with Lambda's new moves and Extend combos

-Mu's Overdrive would let her summon as many Steins on the screen as she wants, and all of her moves would cause chip. She would play the same as Extend Unlimited Mu, with her Spike move from her Unlimited mode remapped to B.

Don't see a single reason to make murakumos unlim only. If that's just how you would want them to be, I'd rather stopped daydreaming and learnt to block properly.

What? What?

So her OD would change nothing from her normal unlimited self?

-Mu's Overdrive would let her summon as many Steins on the screen as she wants, and all of her moves would cause chip. She would play the same as Extend Unlimited Mu, with her Spike move from her Unlimited mode remapped to B.

So her OD would just make her capable of lagging the game to no end. And why re-map a move? For the sake of doing so?

stuff

Orrrrrr they could just have a normal and unlimited version like every other character? Why would you want to have characters that are instantly banned? The novelty factor wouldn't last very long.

I thought the jbbs confirmed j.360c has invincibility like 360a?

I haven't been following up on recent news or data lately. I've just been enjoying the screenshots, like this Amane Astral'd Makoto, and such.

Um.... not to sound mean or anything, but...

THAT IS A BAD PREDICTION AND YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD!

But in all seriousness that idea is bad because...

First off why would Nu be unlimited without her drive having two swords shooting out instead of one? I mean that's one of the main points of her unlimited mode and to make that dependent on her OD is just... pointless really, It would just be better for that to be regular Nu's overdrive rather then her unlimited mode... although having unlimited Nu's OD be that she can shoot out 3 swords... :D

And secondly with Mu all I have to say is... please tell me you were joking about that...

Oh, and as a side note, Lambda and Nu's colors being combined wouldn't look that bad actually, but then why would she have some of lambda's colors in the first place?

You guys all act like this is the first time Vulcan has posted something stupid. I will grant you, however, that the post about the Murakumos is extraordinarily stupid, even for him.

Well, this is nice. I've managed to get everybody riled up over something that's more than likely not going to happen.

Look, I actually do like the Murakumos as much as practically everybody else here, but they're probably not going to be in this version, and unless they come in an Arcade update, chances are high that they're not going to be allowed in tournaments even if they're balanced.

War has changed. I know you're all really sad that our beloved robot waifus have died, but it's time to move on. It's time to embrace the era of fabulousness. I've already accepted that they won't be coming back.

Unless Imperator/Mikado/Saya turns out to be a Murakumo. Then we'll all get our wish.

I'm doubtful they are going to be in this game for many reasons, but you're saying "unless they do what they have been doing, there is no chance" which is a pretty bad argument.

Even if they are console exclusive characters (which is very unlikely imo, i can see them on the game, and in the worse case scenario as time unlocks later) we no longer have to keep with dumbasses rules like not allowing console exclusive chars on tournaments, just because they are not in the arcade version. We allowed, Mu, Makoto and Valk when they where console exclusive, the same with SF4 and all the additional characters, or the DLC chars on KOFXIII,if they are not game breaking why would we have to ban them?

Seriously, that is one of the most stupid rules that the FGC has used in the past, and the thought of keep that kind of shit going is utterly stupid.

I really hope Mori wasn't lying when he let that "please wait til November" thing slip. One good thing is that all the CP hype got me back into BB just as I was getting bored of it from playing so much P4U.

Doubt it. Have you read what some of the Mu players' post? You are nowhere near their level.

I don't remember what the context was with the November statement, but I hope that is when a new trailer comes out showing the "boss" characters along with whatever version of Mu and Nu/Lambda. Then have new location tests in November to test those characters and new changes, and then release the game in arcades in December. Then console release in March.

I don't really know any of you so I don't have anything to say about the e-drama going on here.

Anyways, as Zeth was saying before, I really hope we see a new trailer with the boss character of the game at some point. I really want Mikado/Saya to be playable, but I'm pretty sure Mori said no. Any chance he was lying to surprise us?

he lied about a certain cat scientist being playable so l certainly wouldn't be surprised.

l want mecha-kaka to be playable. (or nine.)

Mori didn't really say much on this, but at that live Bururaji thing a while back it was revealed that Yukana (Imperator/Mikado's seiyu) was told to say no if it was ever asked that her character would be in the game.
