From what I heard is that they gave him permission to run casuals as well on stream during the event days. Jyosua just has to work the schedule out. They are using ps3 dev units. Aksys will be taking phone numbers so I can call people to remind them/find where they are. I also recommended them to make a waitlist of people who are willing to play in case someone doesn't show up and is unreachable. Also, I got news back from Aksys! For the tournament, you can bring your own stick or pad! Buttons settings are selectable on the character select screen, so it shouldn't be a problem. Edited July 4, 2013 by Jyosua

Also I bet it'll be filled with lotsa guys who like it because "zomg kawaii animu fighter" They've been doing this tourney every year since the original AX BBCT arcade playtests, so it's to be expected. Then that one year Mori and Daisuke came over, so yeah, it definitely has become a sort of BB Mecca in the US... Oh and about the tourney cap; there have been moments where guys from our scene show up too late to enter. Hell, it happened to me last year, shoutouts to Xie for sneaking me in the bracket in the last second. So for the tournament are the character voices going to be in english? I've pretty much always gone by Jyosua in recent years. As far as the voices, they won't be in English. Sorry guys! I made sure to ask about that one really early on.
