I can't wait for everything in this game that it has to offer. Side note, I expect Sin and Valentine to be the next playable characters. I hope we got awesome character specific intros, especially fight intros. Since there's a chance we might not since ArcSys only started doing that as of AC if I remember correctly. So I hope that Daisuke continues that trend into this game.

I doubt BD can be YRCed. yrc itself has startup, so it would be really unsafe actually. it would probably even lose to meaties. like basically youd be cutting off the invincibility of your backdash early and put yourself into a vulnerable state

You can do it for sure as I have done it so that is 100% confirmed, but I am unsure if you retain any invincibility frames after the YRC. I will also check air dash after it. I am pretty sure if characters are off the ground they can air dash after it. Since Faust's air dash has so much air time it might even be viable to use an overhead.

If I remember correctly GGX2 had character intros in story mode, but if you meant overall in modes like VS or Arcade, then yeah little to no. I hope it plays out the same way it did in the 1rst Xrd trailer (those clashes were sick!) or even if it plays out in cutscene fashion. Next week cant come soon enough!

I mean, new blood is always good but I haven't heard of the likes of P.C, Woshige, Ogawa, N-Otoko, KA2 or some others in a long time, at least not since the first few years of ^Core's run in arcades. I know some of them just stopped playing all together (I think P.C did...?) but it would be nice if Xrd ignited that GG excitement for 'em. Or maybe I'm just babbling, lol.

You'er not babbling I was hoping for the same thing as well. It's nice to get new blood, but it would also be nice to see old GG heads back. Some like Shounen I doubt since he's married coupled with his main not being in the game (yet). But guys like Koichi, Woshige (who we still see at Mikado), Machaboo (who's recently featured on Goldenrody's channel), Ogawa, and P.C would be nice to see them again. I certainly know Ogawa is willing to Give ArcSys his money/tokens so long as they don't botch his precious Eddie/Zato-1 like they did in ACR lol. it might happen like this 'xrd isnt worth my eddie' - ogawa *has highest point ranking in xrd* LMAO *sigged* I can see this happening. Players like him will be valuable at showing how to use old and new tools given to the GG cast. Even though Ain and Machaboo have different playstyles with Ky, I find Machaboo is still the strongest Ky player. I hope to see him prominently in Xrd like the days of AC. is kaqn going to play xrd? I personally find there's been less GG vids as Xrd's release is approaching, but maybe that's just me, but that could say a lot about their hype levels. I wonder who Satou will play if he even will play this game though. Can't wait for Day 1 streaming and seeing Ogawa turn matches with others into "One Player Training Mode/Combo Video Sessions" ^_^
