My biggest peeve is that it's 2013 and these dumb mother fuckers are still making games with the 'DERRR... RED MEANS BAD AND GREEN MEANS GOOD! YAAAY!' way of describing a persons connection to me. All a green 3 tells me is that it's a green fucking 3. That tells me absolutely jack shit about the persons connection. Is it too much to ask for a ping in this day and age? Do they really think people are too stupid to handle a super complicated piece of information like ping? Sorry to rant, but I'm just so sick and tired of trying to find solid people online when half the 3s are actually 1s. Give me some accurate info so I can weed through the nice steady 30~50's and the assholes fluctuating all over the place because their mom is watching netflix while their sister torrents the newest Boardwalk Empire. /rant I'll also throw my hat on the 'trying to barrier fail' pile. Super annoying. Real talk though... how can I start a petition for BBCP EX++ RELOAD to have a real connection display? >.>

People who think that showing a ping would somehow help them pick their netplay matches better. Seriously. There's more to how your connection works than your ping. The Red/Green thing probably IS just a ping. The problem is that it's less "what is my ping to this person at this exact moment" and more "how much does my ping to this person fluctuate over time"; Good luck measuring that.

I'm 95% sure I'm the only person in my entire country with BBCP. There are other people in Scandinavia with CP, but none that I know of are from Denmark. Even worse, I live in small country to the north, meaning horrible connections to pretty much everyone. To me, a ´´good`` connection is a 0 bar where my opponent doesn't skip the intro. Anything above a 0 is f**king amazing.

It happens to me alot because it comes after 3C, which hits low, and no one ever uses it after anything else. Ever.

Sounds like they aren't tight enough. Good blockstrings are about as tight as bondage gear. My most recent pet peeve is Hakumen shenanigans. Anyone who can play him in a halfway decent fashion will get in my head.
