Trm setups the god too... I am a horrible person:0

Could be worse....you could be a Tao TRM set up fraud like me a bunch of others I know

Kagura crouches and blocks in the middle of the stage and hopes Amane for some reason moves into his range. It's pretty bad.

It really depends. I'd say with 70% confidence that Kagura vs Amane is 5:5 just because the match becomes hopeless for either of them if the other gets their thing going first

Posted

Maybe 5.5 for kagura cause he has 6C and 5DC. Which are MASSIVE anti airs and great starters

I thought they were slow?

Posted

6C is good for when Amane is trying to get away and 5DC is head invuln (but still not really a go-to option cause Amane can easily not fall into it)

Damn Zettou...

Not just zettou, his air normals in general go pretty far from different angles.

As a side note: people like to jump out/away/wherever after non-ch mid/fullscreen wyvern. They thing they're safe, they're not. Tag em with another one

6C is definitely great for calling out jumps, but I'd still say that Amane has the advantage in that MU. His control of space is just so good, with j.C, 5C and 2C being major pains to get around. Add his 214D moves to the list and Kagura's in a lot of trouble.

I'm not saying it's easy for Amane, though. One slip can be lead to 6C 4K-7K combo.

Large rooms + 3 rounds to victory + No connection limits = DIE IN A FIRE!

Any one of those three by itself is annoying, all three together is a firestorm of how to make netplay awful.

I'm putting this here because I can't put it where I want to:

Players who get upset because their opponent plays a "non-technical" character. Of all the reasons to be salty, this is the worst. Who cares if the character is easy to use? Last I checked, I don't get brownie points for execution in my matches. Just plain hate. I'm actually leaning towards learning someone like Celica or Terumi now, just to piss people off.

People who lose and get salty over any character that they aren't using. Trying to justify how their character is "fair" and how your is "cheap".

The only thing you should get salty over how terrible you're doing. Whining about it ain't going to change the fact that you're going to get destroyed.

But Kokonoe, you're an exception (Ver. 1.0).

Isn't that basically the same reason everyone hates Noel? :P

I thought they hated Noel because she whines so much

Well, some people do, but some of us loathe her for gameplay reasons. :P

When people say "ow." over their mics when they're getting hit.

I wont lie, sometimes thats a bit funny. You can kinda tell if they are new or not just by that alone.

Posted

I agree even though I use them. I only get on mic if there is somebody to talk to, I can't stand it when people get on mic without anybodyelse and just talk to themselves.

Also, If I recall, I have used Valiant right as Led Ley ended and got ya before lol or just grabbed you, which I finally learned some combos off my throw, no more Throw-Valiant. I need to fite you again sometime, but I rarely see you on BBCP. I see you on Ultimax a lot though, so maybe I should just start looking for you there.

I mean, any guardpoint move can be led ley'd if you're not airborne or using a command move. From there it's about timing and making sure the move you're led leying has enough recovery to punish (or at the very least not get yourself punished)

Consider the following You use 236[D], I 5B you, your guardpoint eats my 5B, 5B, like all my normals, is special cancelable, I use 236A, your 236D whiffs. There is a bit of a waiting game where I have to wait for 236]D[ to actually approach its actives, but that's super easy to do, and that makes it a winning tool in that scenario.

BB though not as much, I've been getting busier and busier. I would too like to play ya sometime.

I still play

I know its been said, but this is really starting to annoy me personally now: Kicking someone if they don't have a mic.

Just because I'm not interested in talking doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to play... :arg: I find myself scrambling for my mic more often than not just to be kicked before I can even plug it in.

Not really a netplay thing, but when I introduce new people to the game and they freak out and refuse to play against me after I do something simple, but high damage.

Also, when some of these people don't even look at the command list, and when they do, they go right to the astral. (Stooop, none of you will so much as recognize when you can even use it, look at your normal specials damn it!)

It get worse because I got one friend who doesn't go easy on these new guys despite being kinda new himself and drive people away. (He's a C button spammer on Hakumen)
