In the games released worldwide, in the English dub Ragna said stuff like that all the time, but now they feel as though it's too "harsh" or something? And CERO C is basically like ESRB's TEEN rating, so I don't see how that could cause a problem. But then I remember what a hyper-sensitive country the U.S is becoming, so I guess they might change it so they "don't hurt anyone's feelings".

First of all, considering the content of recently released games, this is highly unlikely. Secondly, of all the descriptors that could be applied to the US, "sensitive" isn't one of them; we're practically a country of sociopaths.
