pretty much, that's where everyone goes. Rooms are now usually used for private matches.

Look at each of the lobbies in the North America region and pick the one with the most people (It's what I usually do.) Once you're in, if you press square (default of A if you're on stick) and give it a minute and it will update with the connections of everyone in the lobby. They're listed based on their proximity to you. From there, seek out and play those that have a good connection with you. There are also two "beginner" cabs in the top left portion of the lobby if you want to try your luck at those. I don't usually see people on them, but it's an idea. GL and have fun.

Edit: Punctuation.

Ok, thank you all for the responses. US1 lobby is empty -.-, guess I will look for some good connections in the NY region.

Oh man. Speaking Of witch, ive found the lobby in the african reagion where everyone was standing in line to play on one of the arcade games. I was shocked because the way the line was ment that you need a crap load of patience to wait your turn.

Good games to all in arcade this afternoon.

i found one of my issues. My current TV has near 30ms of input lag. Thats uh..yeah.

i mean it expains the slightly slow anti-airs but i still need to get the new DP input crap down.

Samsung 32 inch. One of the best HDTVs you can get for fighting games.

Have you lag-tested it? Most Samsungs are under 30 in PC mode, usually near 20ms. I have the 41" and lag-tested it a while ago - better than most HDTVs but still got a bit of lag.

Yeah, mine lag-tested at 23ms which is pretty close to the 32" 19ms. Quarter frame difference.

It's not the Best Thing Ever, but it's pretty playable (my VH236H is better but much less convenient).

What's this new DP input thing I've been hearing about? I had a surprisingly hard time getting my DPs online today. Maybe it is because I have to get used to the lag, but it wasn't that bad to completely mess up my input.

GGs to everyone in the lobby.

Can be a problem on netplay if you aren't doing proper inputs.

input priority or something. Some characters' 236 or 6 attacks take priority over their 623s. In CSE it was the other way around.

emphasis added. Someone compiled a list I believe. this isn't a problem for tsubaki.

I'm guessing Az is one of those characters, as I seem to get Tiger whenever I try to do Sent.Dump.

Oh btw, I usually try to host rooms if I can't get matches, so if anyone can see my lobby, please feel free to join, I need all the help I can get to be honest.

I've had BBCP for a week and a half and I hardly fought good players or matches. And to make matters worse every time I make a room nobody visits them.

So anyways, I'm looking for players. I'd prefer if you're Bullet, Kokonoe, or Litchi because I need to learn those match ups. If not it's fine, but I'm desperate for some matches here.

The room name is called "Yuugao". Hope to see someone there...hopefully.

Try the online lobbies. People generally don't visit rooms unless they want private sessions.

GGs to those i've played in Arcade lobby the past few days.

Where did all the Taos come from lol?

BGs to lag

BGs to those people who think they are all that because of the red color skill lvl

Posted
What?

The "Skill" Level color the game gives you, it's on your D-Card/Code some people who have the color red i've run into seem to think they are the shit .-. That's all lol.

Is there some kind of database with all the colors and skills and what each corresponds to? I was red for ever and I thought it had something to do with my connection, which was weird since I had a great online experience with this game.

What were the color codes again?

From Menu translation,

To the left of a players name is a square. It starts out grey then changes color after a couple matches. The color determines the players overall performance online. The better you are as a player the hotter the color is. The following is the official letter ranking ASW has made for the colors:

Red = A

Orange = B

Yellow = C

Light Green = D

Green = E

Blue = F

Light Blue = G

Grey = Undetermined
