I like the arcade lobby and all but it sure makes people not look around for player matches which I prefer still. Shoutouts to Kagura player for hanging around and showing me some of the match up, always fun to play against a new character for the first time.

Couple that with my 3+ years of Kodim's Rachel experience.[/quote'] indeed. its no walk in the park for rachel. l do feel though that there's something l wasn't doing in those matches (we only played once, but l played gigaitachi as well) that caused her to get in on me consistently. perhaps im relying too much on timing my attacks to hit her drive. does that even work lol. but i'll definitely be practicing this matchup, l will admit to underestimating this character. though l still feel shes not very strong in general.

It's no slight to anyone, it's just I like playing the same person repeatedly until I get tired of the match up, that's kind of how I learn to try different things in each match.

Her mixup is not strong. But what you were doing against me was staying back and giving me time to charge heat and then I could rush in without much worry. Other than that you were just trying to punish my drive which wasn't working. You have to respect Bullet's normals. There is one annoying thing about her though is that there's enough of a gap between 5B and 5C in a blockstring that you can mash out a dp if you're fast enough. Not sure if that works with cat chair though.

someonewhodied Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 Well i must be getting better at noticing things in a match instead of playing my singleminded style i was known for in CSE then. I started calling them out in the last match against him Mu j.2C too good vs arakune. The only move he has no meterless curseless answer for. I'm finally getting the hang of nu now also. Got 3 RQs and 2 hatemails today. Haven't gotten hatemail since XBL CSE.

Got to test out the DS4 controller for BB and I'm pretty impressed by how well I was able to execute everything just right off the bat. I'll probably keep using it for a while unless something changes. Also, why does no one's icon match up with their main? It's like I see a Arakune icon thinking, "finally, I get to play a Ara in CP!" and then it's like "RAGNA THE BLOODEDGE". Dang it.

Ya sure, I see you in the lobby from time to time but I don't like waiting to play people so I just jump in on whatever machine with decent lag that's open~ But he is junk, and bugs and stuff.
