That long set though did help me with my biggest problem, I stayed grounded for the most part, which REALLLY helped

I need to work on my Jin matchup, anyway.

Whoops. I use Terumi usually against H-Man.

I'll switch after, I use both against him sometimes XD

Nemesis, your Mu is strong and annoying (lol) I need to find a way to get u to stop pressing buttons.

ggs again Herodyne, i've never felt more helpless and afraid playing this game.

All of your moves seemingly outprioritize mine, that or i'm not hitting them at the right time.

 

No Icing was the one doing the note-taking, i was taking notes on what I was doing wrong myself, didn't help too much since every solution went to *I get rekt*

Well, I find that Hakumen is just great at stuffing people.  Unless it's Ragna.

Add Hakumen to the small list of characters to use Ragna against. Only other 2 on that is Valk and Terumi.

I just can't handle Terumi's pressure very well as Jin for whatever reason, Ragna just outranges him and since Terumi HAS to just be up close, ID gets through very easilly.

Basically same reason as Valk.

Mac Chaos : Serene Mind~Intense Mind aware

 

Avoid this player unless you can manage both energized states fully

These fights require very high mental fortitude, snap judgement, Origins reaction, and demand the highest multifaceted approaches possible 

 

Beware landing 3c's and be ready to clash war with them - he usually only double taps so 5c cancel the second clash

Heavy stein cover fire rush ins are extremely dangerous and will likely result in being counter-grabbed unavoidably - recommend a feinting dash in with pseudo stein cover

 

At all costs avoid the corner of the screen, even at midscreen continue to opt for cross unders and dash overs - drop combos in order to do this

 

Oki is not recommended he will catch meaties and possibly late firing steins and totsuka rendering it useless - opt for throws and 5c follow up 

 

After throw reject : This is happening more often and he is adapting to the 5c response with 5d - use level 2 sword of decimation to counter his adaptation

After throw reject : He's adapting the the lvl 2 SoD with a delayed 5d - Fully charge SoD to respond

After throw reject : He watches for SoD now - rush in 3c

After throw reject : Aggressive options no longer viable - IABD

 

in corner : tech immediately but be aware of invisible throws, the best option is to try to IB a few attacks and jump air dash out - if unable to, die and start thinking about next round

 

The longer the fight goes on the higher his chances are of recognizing your patterns

 

 

Traits

 

High Damage Danger

Moderate blocking ability is compensated with very high Drive proficiency 

Understands Stein firing rates and placement

Immune to established oki

Throw resistant

Overhead resistant

Psychological Dmg resistant

 

Primary Stylistic win requirements

 

Heavy Stein usage in neutral not recommended 

High mobility required

Eschew blocking in favor of evasion

Dont mash ever

Refrain from autopilot "anything"

Cycle through tech and style abnormally

Small damaging attacks and AntiAir combos

 

 

Primary Trait : Cascading adaptations

This player may not seem dangerous at first, or even in the first 20 or so games but he will adapt to your gameplay and punish you for anything you do repeatably - usually with great success. Unlike the majority of player encounters he remembers tech and play style extremely effectively. 

 

 

In my short time in fighting Mac, it really does feel like he has me downloaded after a match or two.

I've tried that but i get beat out by projectiles. 

I spend most of the time blocking and jumping just to get to her and it works, but its annoying since once she gets out, she just runs her junk again.

So I was wondering if there is a better or more simple way to approach her.

On a side note, Kagura's slow-ass just ran straight through Mu's fortress of funnels.

 

Makes me wonder why I don't just main a character that runs.

Was a good long set - I dropped SO MUCH tho I was pretty disappointed in myself ... hakumen has some weird hitbox in the corner while sliding.... also pardon the several matches were i was like "blaaaaaaaaaa buttons"

Your being purposefully denied fights so I can observe how you develop without my constant influence (and vice versa ) - Im curious (at least for now~)
