Spirited Girl is Labyrs theme. If you pick her, can the theme be switched? How do you all meet on Fridays? TV World Beginner lobby? Or are invites sent out for a player room?

It's not, which is my nightmare, actually -- if the combo drops, you can tech through the finisher. Watching the replay, I think you were teching during the second super-freeze (the 19f one that highlights Asterius and signifies that the finisher is coming), but your tech input may have been swallowed by the freeze. It looks like you were in manual wake-up versus ground tech. Since teching is 33f of invuln, yeah, the finisher shouldn't have hit -- the combo dropped, you should have been invuln, I would have been screwed, etc. It wasn't a CH, so you definitely weren't tagged for mashing rather than holdinga button, and it doesn't look like you delayed your tech. Honestly, I think the super-freeze just glitched things, because you're clearly in a wake-up animation when the finisher hits.

Then they land a hit into nothing or launch into nothing. Just tryin' to guide the new kids. That doesn't sound like a very good reason to kick someone. If they're really spamming bad AOAs just blow them up for it until they stop.

I'm brand new to the game (still going through P4 Story in fact), and hadn't played P4A in a long time, so it showed. Thanks to Will: sent me a lot of good Teddie info. Have yet to try any DLC, P3 or shadow characters. I can only play weekends, which is a pain. Only other 2D fighter I've played this year has been Skullgirls, so it's a big adjustment: no pushblock, no Big Band (my main) XD Hope to hit Training before joining again next Fri. During the week I can only read here & at GameFAQs & watch vids. Patience...

My PSN is: salomeharras I play Mitsuru. Also, I won't play against 1 bars or lower, so sorry west coast! It's nothing personal, it's just I find the game unplayable at that point. Since I'm in grad school and I work, my availability is extremely sporadic though!
