  1. tager doesnt have a double jump 6a will hit him, or hell do j2C which is punishable as all hell. you might be misspacing or mistiming it, but any "good" anti airs (including noels) will beat tagers air game pretty free. edit: noel tager IS 6-4. i have absolutely no doubts about it. its a really gay matchup for noel who has to play a really annoyingly safe game, but its in noels favor al the same. 5a spam destroys tager free beats backdash into solid air combo and has no escapable hole done right. her aa game shuts his air game down super hard, and in general she has lots of advantage. the way tager has to play is outgues sher up close, thats pretty much it, but he is the one whos taking the risks, its jsut when he does, sometimes they hurt. also there are tager specific combos that actually really hurt him (4.5kish) the matchup is winnable as hell for tager, dont get me wrong, but tager is at a disadvantage the entire time.
  2. the best thing about holding 720 is it will still grab them the first possible frame anyway... might as well hold since your ass will almost always get punished if they predicted it properly to begin with.
  3. if you can properly read the opponent it doesnt matter, its another potential 3500-5000 damage depending on how they react to the situation. also desu i was incredibly confused when you said grab because i assumed you meant 360 for a minute im so disillusioned from reading bad advice on this forum i assumed you were wrong right off the bat. that isnt very healthy.

  8. and this is why dustloop.com is not where you should go for advice folks. did you forget rachel has better range (more control full screen and a whiff punish from full screen), a way better anti-air and insane damage? videos are a meaningless measure of character viability unless you can critically analyze whe a character wins or loses.

  12. if you rc magna tech and you expect them to jump, use 2b because it will hit them during their prejump animation also a lot of retards like to just stand block the entire thing because the last hit is an overhead. its actually a legit (if meter intensive) mixup and even works vs high level players.
  13. there are higher damage combos off 2d rc that have already been posted. also no one calculates damage after a burst, because thst just extra guesswork, you shouldnt mislead people by posting a combo with after burst damage.

  16. oh yeah but by the way you are wrong on like every count here. nu has an instant overhead that leads to considerable damage on tager, arakune has TWO overheads, and retarded crossup game using amove tager has no consistent answer to beat, on top of having instant overheads, and they all lead into curse/6c loops. nus TK air sword, along with TK fake land low/throw. she also has (relatively easy to block) full screen mixups, and they both have unblockables, if you want to count those as mixups. bang has a slow overhead that loses damage if you bother to hitconfirm it, and 1 good cancelable move (2b...), and a command throw that does reasonable damage... against a grappler. please stop smoking crack, im not even going to read the rest of your post because its clear you dont play blazblue. you play a fantasy video game. perhaps you are from the future and are playing blazblue: accent core?

  21. eddie isnt so much about not getting hit as it is more avoiding maximum damage, block as many mixups and if you're put into an unblockable situation, try and make it harder for eddie to capitalize off damage, try and get a knockdown and win off that :/ venom... try and FDB balls, venom can push his stick out further than balls so if you see him attack dont just blindly fdb. always look for slow balls, specifically, fast balls can be harder to flick and often come from his further reaching moves. slow balls allow him to close in if you think hes gonna fast ball.
