The hardest character for me to beat as Platinum is still Jin, sometimes Mu gives me problems too. The more I play the matchups the better I can handle the characters though, like Ragna, Noel, Lambda and Hakumen. I feel like she does pretty good against pretty much everyone, but I still just cannot stand Jin. >_<

It also wouldn't blue beat in combos because if it was 0 frames, it would juggle after his 5C, as seen in the video, it doesn't.

Actually, it's not the same as the true ending in story mode. When you see Saya at the very end of story mode and they're all talking, Hazama is standing there in his human form, AFTER he infected the Tagamagahara (sp?) with the virus. So Relius' ending can't be true unless Hazama had a backup body, which he doesn't seem to have.

The changes should be added to the mechanical guide after CSE comes out on consoles, there isn't a need for a full thread about it considering the discussion about it will be out of date anyway, so I think it should just go there. :3 Plus it keeps things organized, and ya'll know how I like my organization! :P

Me too, honestly I was hoping we'd get a hard knockdown afterwards so we could do Hazama 6C style combos using j.D[m]. =/ Less recovery is still a good thing though, it makes sj.D a better escape tool.

Normally 5C and 2B will catch her during a 22D charge on wakeup, but if you deley your tech too long only super jumping will work. One of the most useful ways to get out of 22D Oki is to do sj.2C because it'll take you straight back down to punish her, or at least start pressure if she's recovered.

Rarity and Fluttershy will be my instant mains. Rarity needs a rock super, and it needs to be a DAIMOND.

:3 It took FOREVER to get this Rarity picture in clear quality. As for the j.C > 22C thing, start of by practicing j.D (Pan) > IAD > j.C > 22C because that requires no timing and just special canceling, by doing that you'll be seeing the height that you need to cancel j.C into 22C, use that visual guide to start practicing 6C > j.236C > j.C > 22C, after you get that down visually you begin to learn it mentally, eventually it'll just become muscle memory and you'll be able to do it without even paying attention.

6A > 22C really isn't that hard, the only thing difficult about it is that it's more character specific then 6C > 22C. The delay you have to do is super short, it's almost as quick as a normal special cancel.

I could make waaaaaaaay too many sex puns about this entire quote, but for the sake of sanity, I'm not going to. I agree though, Relius vs. Carl looks like it's going to be very difficult for both characters, it seems to require a lot of thinking, planning, patients and overall momentum control, I look forward to the matchup.

Yeah, that's pretty much how it goes, remember when Valkenhayn first became playable? I think every single player that I fought for about a month was Valkenhayn, then they all just disappeared into thin air. I expect the same to happen with Relius.

If you don't want overlapping sections, make each changeable section it's own layer, then color lock it. Doing this will allow you to color each section without it bleeding into the other sections or even crossing over the line art, that's what we do for our colormaps.

Honestly, I see Relius as more of a hard hitting, poking type of character, not really focusing too much on Oki, but he'll have the traps and such to do so, similar to CS1 Lambda, CS1 Carl or CS2 Mu. The unblockables and resets will definitely play a big part in his overall strategy, but I think the main focus is to force them into the corner for big damage and a hard knockdown. It's really hard to distinguish how exactly he'll turn out because he has so many tools, but that's typically how shadow characters go anyway, you won't really know until the character develops fully. On a completely different note, those combos were sexy, I'll transcribe them later and post them for you guys. (Unless someone else does it first)

I wish I could help you guys out with that, but as of right now I don't think that's possible. If I remember correctly, Ravidrath was looking into getting the editable colormaps out for everyone, but I don't know what came of that. Since I'm only a volunteer, I can only release content that I've been approved to distribute so getting everyone the official colormaps is something out of my hands.
