Guys, I'll ask Ravid if I can explain the current characters changeable sections so you guys will know the restrictions, I just need to make sure it's okay first. EDIT: I got the okay, I'll post how each character's palette sections work in just a bit.

Could somebody do Litchi's CS art in her CT default #10?

I can definitely see zoners being his worst match-ups, but he does have the tools to get around a lot of the zoning. Shadow has been pulling a lot of tricks out of his sleeves to use Ignis for killing projectiles. Val Lyra is a pretty useful tool for people who play a patient zoning game, mixed with Led Ley he can really get through a lot of things. I also imagine that Val Tus would be good for getting through projectiles, since Ignis not only moves forward a great distance with the attack, it also hits three times so she'll be able to absorb a lot with that as Relius follows behind her.

Dampierre wasn't a guest character, he's an original character. While he does have a great chance of making a return due to him being the SC series newest character (Aside from the SCV ones, but they don't really count yet) he probably won't make a return as himself, he'd be really, really old and they don't seem to be having anyone of that age return except for the core cast. I definitely want to see his playstyle return, he was a really interesting character and I enjoyed him quite a bit. I don't want to see his character die so quickly, so hopefully they don't kill off the design.

HER waifu's. I agree with her though, there isn't much of a point in posting palettes for a unrevealed character.

I'm sure it can be done for Oki after a knockdown or possibly a 6C wallbound. At the end of most of his corner combos he's at a safe enough distance to do pretty much whatever he wants and not have to worry about getting hit. I imagine the ending a combo with Id Lauger > Naiads > Step Back > Bel Lafino would be a safe option for that meaty setup.

To be quite honest, I like the new Litchi. I've always wanted an iteration where she was on the lower end of the spectrum and now I might finally get it, it's mainly because she's been in every portion of the tier-lists except for bottom, so I just want to experience that. :P

Sheesh, Relius is one brutal family man. I would have hated to see what he did whenever Carl or Ada acted up. And now I'm super interested in what Phantom was doing in the ending, she doesn't talk so I wonder why she was there. I guess we'll find out later.

This is what I thought, I'd be a lot happier if they didn't limit them because using j.AxN is a great way to keep people from jumping out of pressure.

I LOVE doing that, they get the most salty when you do j.AxN > Swallow Moon > j.B or Throw Whiff > 2A. They're always so pissed when they get hit by that funky mixup. Does the new 5A/2A change effect j.A's too? I don't think there's been any confirmation on that yet, has there? EDIT: @GGJ I find that doing TK Swallow Moon > Barrier or just doing a straight up 5A > j.Barrier helps condition mashers because they'll begin to think that's what you do every time, then I slip in some 2A/2B's to stuff their mashing and then I can start doing TK Swallow Moon > j.B safely because they know to respect the lows.

I'm liking the buff to the Bombs where they now catch on fire and kinda' just float instead of fly upward like they do now. I'm sure it'll be way easier to hit-confirm off of. EDIT: I'm not concerned about the changes they made to 5A, if everyone else's has been toned down just like hers then it'll basically be the same as before. Plus 3 or 4 is the most anybody normally does anyway, there's nothing to worry about IMO.

Pretty much this. 5A is still going to be her best offensive tool until they make her other normals better.

Yup, and I'm sure most of what we have now will be thrown into the archive after Extend comes to consoles too. I know this general discussion should be put in there since most of it is filled with speculation. That's the way most people do it with general discussions anyway, either that or they just delete them.

Yeah, it really fits better there. Basically all we need is: -General Discussion -Video Index -Combo Guide and Discussion -Technical Guide and Discussion The technical thread we have now is still a little early for when we'll need it, but at least it's there for later. The combo thread won't need to be made until closer to his release on consoles since no one will be able to play him anyway.

Now I'm positive that those are the real themes since Relius' theme is up now too. Kind of disappointed with the Relius vs. Carl one too. I really like the song, but I feel that it's a little out of place. Also, why are we talking about this here? We've got an OST thread. :P
