the entire matchup is turtling and yomi, once each liz knows what to do vs herself, and honestly, that isn't hard at all.
-
oy, l flip-flopped the videos! yeah the top is on the bottom and vice versa. thanks kiba. l'm glad zio was able to put in so much work, because it's hell blocking yukiko for long periods of time (not particularly hard to block, but it's like naoto almost, you have to wait for specific openings which sometimes puts me at the mercy of other attacks). being patient is like liz 101 because these matchups can get pretty crazy.
-
llol. that's kind of you, but l was thinking more of a female nirvana since nirvana is a female bot...soul thing. l already asked my sister anyway thinking she'd say no but surprizingly said yes. it may cost me 100 big ones + costume, accesories, white makeup.
-
what are you guys doing for halloween. l was going to come dressed up like carl. l'd pay someone to be mute nirvana the entire day. gdlk
-
l dont remember exactly what happened. l know it originated from fei long. something about what he used to say or do once he executed his rekkas that made the name stick. google could probably give a better explanation.
-
just think litchi haku hatsu chun. her rekkas are more freeform, you can mix and match the order they come out and use their different properties. some rekkas are restrictive, needing an initial attack to execute the followups (like A.B.A's destruction deletion punishment rekkas, in that order)

yesss got my s rank back. l should have taken that jester's advice a few weeks ago to quit ranked once l got it the first time. but, all is well again, and the opportunity presents itself again as well. and i'll probably lose it again. fuck chie's aoa. that shit is just ugh.
-
mixup is rather non-existent synthesis... you really cannot find that in liz. at most you're getting that slow-ass aoa (honestly when the fuck will you ever hit with this offline), 2a/sweep for jump startup punishing, 5d for blockers, frametraps etc. high/low is very bad, think mu. personally, l use blockstrings that allow me to loop my pressure so l can stall for meter. at low meter i'll go into 5aaa a bufu j.b c garu for good meter gain + time (for more meter gain, i'm greedy). with lots of heat most combo starters ends with a setup of your choice. strong setups count as mixup l suppose?
-
they could hold 7, but they'll be less likely to do it if they're expecting 5c(2) mixup. remember that if you can get the foe to respect 5c(2), you are allowed to j.d or j.c their jump. no it's not the greatest thing ever i'll agree, but at least it's something l played xntrikcat yesterday, very good naoto player. 12 games and the score was 6-6 at the end. this MU is sooooo weird when you know it. you really stay fullscreen doing nothing in 10 second increments. it's like, liz cant do anything but gain meter; naoto can zone all day but with extremely meh reward, and neither char can get in against the other if played right. oh, d garu (3) plows through naoto's traps... it won me a few rounds once l realized. d garu worked pretty well last night.
-
mitsuru actually cannot do anything fullscreen against zio oki except delay tech. thank the heavens ex droit doesn't have projectile invul. l'd seriously be inclined to shoot the bitch then.
-
she needs to die already and she can take ragna with her. xi-14 hype. considering the pattern its very possible. maybe this'll be nu and mu together or something nasty like that.

here's some matches of me on freesn, using the lethal elevator attendant. gawk at my ability to steer the elevator in the wrong direction! be amazed at my lack of manners! and lastly, please watch your step as you get off. vs ciddypoo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X3MeSgJxjhE&list=UUvnyPCVTaSxdB76NY5x5MYw&index=19&feature=plcp first match was alright, we were feeling each other out and stuff. as you guys can see i'm overly turtley but turtling is a great pace setter. l prety much yomi'd the match with zio mixups, l played him before so l kinda went in prepared. so, yomi or just downloading? who. knows. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kq1IUCiYs5A&list=UUvnyPCVTaSxdB76NY5x5MYw&index=20&feature=plcp watch us both go batshit crazy. l...l cant even give explanations for the shit l did this game, l barely know myself! go ahead and laugh because l sure did. hard, too. comment/critique/love/hate, don't hold your tongue, speak and l shall listen! thanks all for watching, ciddypoo for uploading and ggs.

great, because so do l. the great thing about b zio is the startup time, and recovery being decently safe. it can easily be bluffed as a d agi: enjoy your +150 (l think more!?) and that's like 4 seconds of liz time after factoring in that heap of a startup. sadly her mixup options are rather limited even fullscreen, some characters can punish everything she does and she doesnt get good damage from conditioning.
-
shuffle time isn't completely useless, it can still be used rarely if you have the yomi, and in certain matchups it's a good anti-approach tool in neutral. but yeah... it's definitely not wakeup mitsuru tier. not even wakeup mash tier.

i'll contribute some things. tricks fullscreen persona positioning: 5c moves thanatos forward alot. 2c moves him forward slightly. j.c will keep him in his position and so will 2c. with a little conditioning you can keep thanatos out for awhile, allowing you to do mixup from afar and stop approaches. chrisG's b zio spam: after using this several times l get what it's for. after persona break or paralysis on some characters, b zio is constantly used to distract the foe from an incoming d agi. if they get hit, keep doing it. gimmicks (after sb garu (9-2) d garu (2) ) 5d/bufu: garu causes a knockdown, and your foe is most likely expecting you to continue the combo. 5aaa(1) shuffle time: one time use pretty much, the whirlwind of cards serves as a visual distraction and is a free status effect on hit. might go well with a throw feint setup. also, between 5aa and 5aaa is a frametrap.
-
5c(1) 2c is also good against naoto. besides being one of liz's more potent mixups, the 2c will completely whiff naoto should she f action, which means 5cc ch for free. it also beats mashing attempts obv. otherwise, stall, gain your wind sp, chill out because fullscreen you're going to be waiting alot for the right to to dig into her relentlessly. and that opportunity doesn't come by often. which means, no risky business. if you ever have to chase her, more than likely you've already lost that round. beware of ex roll when naoto's back is to the corner. it's an instant momentum shift should you get hit or even block, but it's better to block. l haven't tested what can be done about this, perhaps she can be thrown or the bullets jumped. every little hit counts - for both characters. if you can mop her ass quickly, do so. it can very hard to remain patient and vigilant sometimes, but remember, time is on our side, and liz can layer on damage real thick.

games should use the pimsleur method to teach. then no one would forget anything and everyone will be happy!
-
pretty sure mind charge doesn't have any invincibility. a player who knows how to meaty is going to break your helmet. even if you did it on wakeup, then what? your opponent is most likely in a position that favors him, that limits your options and forces you to block anyway. personally l believe it more as a momentum shift super, so i'd be more inclined to use it in the middle of pressure (despite 0 invincibility, the startup is very low and no recovery), or when someone is approaching from the ground or air; whether it be a dash in or jump in, kill rush or coup droit. it's great at anytime if you're confident you're about to get a hit, especially at higher health with more sp to do more dangerous setups.
-
or ragna. because why not.
-
that isn't a bad idea at all. l would like a more in depth tutorial too.
-
thanks guys. so l guess it wont hurt to just block... everything and wait for that one opening to beat her rich ass to a bloddy pulp.
-
l have a question. what (where) the hell are her weaknesses? serious question btw.
-
what's going on with her oki now... has she been dethroned!? (nah, rachel still has that crown. but still.) also l couldn't really see what happened in that vid, all those damn people. 4b is an anti-air? this version of litchi right now is making me think that they are trying to strengthen her neutral game.
-
so you'd rather spark enter tournament with a lone hakumen and still body everyone and their teams? you must like to see grown men cry.
-
lol. puns are funny.
