nah hes air dashing while im blocking crecent, otherwise its some weird shit again. only time he comes close is when its safe or when it looks like hes not taking a risk otherwise he stays across the screen. hitting D, then out "yomis" me (hate that word. i try to hop forward, 5D. jump, 6D mash try to mix around, his guessing matches mines and eventually i just get hit trying to double jump. kishuuing straight at him worked for a bit now i just cant get the timing down since i keep getting hit out. i wish haku could throw a rock or something.

i have been for the most part but its kinda hard to concentrate vs you specifically. also its kinda hard to time your drive vs something coming at you from off screen.

some ol weird ass shit off knockdown, axe wheel into JB,jB>crecent/crecent feint, jB>ad>j2C/crecent/crecent feint, 2B/tk crecent/2B>3C, grab, jump over grab>back air dash j2C. i can nullify the whole thing by just 2D>6Ding the wheel or making a fumajin. but still, every once in a while i get caught then shes safe to do a fuck ton of shit, moreso than usual.

because playing hakumen goes like this: alright round start- space space space hit them kill them really fast before they get their focus straight. after awhile, spacing pressure enemy MASH MASH MASH MASH MASH MASH MASH- and beats out hakumens pressure. play jin- 2A, 2B, 5B, 5C, 6C>6B, run in 6B, grab bait, DP DP DP in the corner lol let me make you blcok my 5B then corner cross over you back into the corner. all the while faster spacing faster spacing faster spacing, anti mash tool use x N, cross over, rare cross unders, grabs and bs galore. also jins just fun to kick back and press buttons with, dont even gotta care as much like you have to care with hakumen, since things arent slow, they are actually REALLY FAST, i can RUN, easy mode cross ups, easy combos that are flashy, so fast space control. hakus still my main just sometimes just sometimes i like to stop giving a fuck. he breaks them, theres also the problem of safely getting in on him while he runs around throwing out safe 50/50s like its candy, then mashing out of my pressure tsubaki and renka included.

when i hit buttons and people get hit im doing my job. i also picked jin because he has a ton of anti mash tools, while at the same time i didnt have to give a shit about anything. it felt...LIBERATING.

i wouldnt go too deep if i were you. most people base their findings off tournament results or how much damage a character does. its somewhat decentish way of placing a character but it has so many subjective variables thats its tough to actually guage properly. which is why id just ignore it completely.

its because they arent spending stars like candy anymore which means either they just havent found a better route minus 2AAA 3C for 2k, or theres no better option. basically lets say it this way since no one gets it, in CSEX the golden scale was pretty even, now its tipped towards emphasis on heavier blows. not a real problem mind you, its a preference thing and i just dont like it. DO I NEED TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING ELSE SANZ??????

those are higher end moves. i was only talking about the combo routes of 2A, 2B, 5A and the like. never said he was weaker but you'd have to be blind to see his damage isn't equal in all areas like in ex. he gets below average off those starters and super crazy damage for the others, like ch 3C, 6C, 5C give stupid amounts of damage. i dont like that, ill get over it of course but it makes it seem like theres more pressure on catching the enemy with the right moves and not just a move in general. mid screen tsubaki alone hits for 3k if i recall. tsbu hotaru mid screen gives 5k+ without OD. 3C>2C gives 3-4k. 3C combo can allow zantetsu somewhere. he has alot of damage off certain starters, just lowered damage on others. its sporadic. ive already been outside, repeatedly in the damn ohio cold for about 3-4 hours in total. im done with the damn outside mang. EDIT: now i have to go get milk, ah hatchu sanz

but its almost always been like that. he gets about 2 stars from long combos from the attacker. thats roughly 25 heat without adding decimals with meter gain in between stars.

alot of what you posted general people dont see because that means hes not as retarded as they are making him seem. the mugen thing imho, mugen just needs to go, kishin does what mugen does just backwards, stacking them causes them to nuetralize itself giving him unlimited stars. which is good for us but in use its pretty stupid, everyone else got meter gain nerfed, haku needs meter to combo but not on that level. his damage isnt evenly spread around all his tools anymore, now it comes down to a select few which decreases the effectiveness of some tools but severely boosts the effectiveness of others. it becomes an unbalanced attack power, where doing some things yeild less reward while doing something absurd like tsubaki hotaru OD in the corner at half hp yeilds insane rewards. instead of getting average to above average in any situation.

people are going to play that card till its dead. also the EX>CP thing most wont understand, they'll take it from a glance and not as a whole. hes powerful as fuck, just not in the all around way anymore how long have i been parading around that hakumens is super god teir? thats dumb, hes stupid strong but only in specific situations now. EX he was stupid strong because he got 3k+ off practically anything as long as you did the correct combo route, on top of crazy corner push off any route you chose, the ability to passively combo off most counters without caring, his SAFE anti air the one that gives head invul like 90% of the cast was good in EX, he had really decentish oki in EX. now from what i am seeing alot of the stuff people complained about the japanese found an answer for, i even called it in OHC chat. Agito, people got hit because it was new, people block it now, haku gets anti aired. 9k tsuhotaru combo, its situational and kinda easy to see coming, if you are feeling disrespectful or ballsy you can mash 2a and RUIN the entire set up. hakumen is strong just not universally anymore. hes got the power, a shit ton off it but now he needs the right starters to go about showing it off. but right now a good amount of this is just pre CP conclusion exaggerations, just like in CS1 and in EX. everyone kept saying he was going to be god tier. hes not god tier. HE IS GOD.
