yes and your character was dumb. this is exactly how it went. he had lower damage, really depended on getting you in the corner and depended on a good starter, and nerfed meter gain. i think he couldnt combo off his counters iirc.

it just needs hitstun deterioration, possible parry mechanic / guard cancel or burst system. lower exes regain on exes use mid combo. some other stuff we discussed in the UNiB thing....thread... bitch its on! loli on yandere fight.

all; the breath of fires are legit shit, the get too easy though. valkyrie profile lenneth gets hard if you dont know what you are doing or properly plan yourself. bosses and special monsters do really freakin high damage, even certain random generated monster teams can become lethal, (lookin at you trio of fatal glimmers) they self destruct dealing a good 10k+ damage to each party member per glimmer in the party. these are normal monsters...

just in case someone missed that. its more like...8 had something that wasnt really there, it was lacking something that made the others good, battle system was good, world was nice, just something was...wrong with it.

play the older ones they are a bit harder but not in the way you think, certain areas are harder because you get heavily out numbered, it wears down your inventory and mp till your party is slowly dying until you (hopefully) see the shining light at the end of the dungeon and hope you dont get into another random battle on the way out to (possible) safety. also i am dissapointed in all of you. ff1-6 is where its at. 7 was decent, 8 was...ew... 9 was interesting, story was shit, trance was gay, 10 was nice if you can swllow the whole love shit, 10-2 was interesting for what it did, 11 is still interesting but tedious. 12 was very beautiful for when it came out, interesting battle system and half the cast didnt even belong in the story nor added to it. 13-13-2 lets not even... EDIT: if you like hard RPGs id try demons souls, dark souls is...ok but it doesnt punish stupidity as hard as DS did. or the elder scrolls daggerfall, morrowing, and maybe oblivion later in the game. skyrims stupid easy. if you want a combat tough RPG try wizardry online, 20 monsters a room and they spawn faster than you can kill them + rng.

lol not making sense, this happenes to me randomly in a fight all the damn time. my 5A went through hazamas face once and i got counter grabbed inside of my 5As range after the 5a went through his face. ive had my 5Cs animation completely cancel itself when i held barrier, noels assault through can beat hotaru clean after i IBed 4D (thats not random thats just bs), i have been grabbed while behind the character, the X even appeared behind bang too. ive had people hit me with B and C attacks after i counter hit them with A, not even a pause just RIGHT after they've been hit, a goood number of times. you wanna talk about nothing making sense, i got this crap handed to me in spades.

i know it goes through axe wheel, i figured it had that kinda property since it can go through jins Ice wave. but 2C its...ah 2C is a mid. damnit. it just doesnt look like a move that can be beat by that. it raises coming from the ground.

ggs errol. x button fell off mid match lol had to jam it back in after the fight. R1 button popped out of place then fell off, saw that purple grab and smashed the white rubber piece inside to break the grab. this controller is done. ggs errol your furry has gotten stronger.
