Well, I have a friend who is going to import the CS board as soon as its released, but the downside is that he lives two hours away. In other words, I should be able to play for free at his place and grind a lot of Rachel stuff and then post back the results. And, hopefully, I'll get to work on a Rachel CS combo video if my friend has the proper recording equipment.

It mainly has to do with his match ups. While he may have no real bad match ups, he doesn't have any heavily in his favor like the top do.

The thing is with Ragna's 6B is that he actually has a good pressure game, making it easier to randomly throw out in a block string to catch people off guard. Rachel's 4B in CS seems to be a few frames faster, probably around 23-24 frames now (old one is 28 I think), but her pressure game in CS is probably quite below average. We'll see though.
