I'm pretty certain they just did straight up BBL in melee range day one of the first loke test. They also probably did it with the opponent standing on a single pole to determine how much damage the poles do as well. It's safe to assume BBL's damage was nerfed period.

I'd imagine you could use Belial Edge after the DP knockdown finisher to get yourself to the ground quicker than normal. It might have uses there.

The thing is, as gameplay evolved 6B in general became weaker and weaker. The move is pretty slow compared to most pokes, and you'd mostly see it used for punishing moves with CH state recovery (a supers, DPs, etc.). Fishing for 6B CH ended up being pretty risky at this point in the game. Instead of making 6B CH uncomboable now, they should've just added more proration to it if they didn't want a single CH to lead to a 4k combo. I absolutely hate it when characters have worthless moves, and 6B looks like it's going to be one of those moves you'll never use anymore.

Seems like 2D into 5C still works, but obviously the range to do it has been changed considerably.

ryokoalways, if you could, possibly maybe make posts every 30 minutes if you can? It'd make things easier to organize. It's kinda silly to post one line of info and then post another one line of info a minute later. I appreciate all the work you're doing, but it'd probably be easier for the both of us.

From the changes, it sounds like they're trying to change Rachel into a completely zoning type of character. It's kind of lame if you ask me; part of the reason I started playing her was because of her ability to turtle and then rush down when given the chance. If all her nerfs stay in the game, I probably won't play her anymore and will switch to Ragna. Some corrections that you should update, Soniti: - George no longer activates when the opponent is knocked down, which is why OTG George combos no longer work at all. - j.2C cannot be cancelled into special moves, making it officially worthless. I see absolutely no reason to use this move at all now since you can't use it as an overhead and combo off of it, and you likely cannot use it after j.C for knockdown (since j.C untech time is shorter, j.2C -> JC, dj.2C probably no longer works).
