Noel still needs to Yomi it out though, you can't air to air Tao on reaction, you need to score a lucky j.A or j.B, and if you guess wrong on timing you get CH'd out of the air into a fun little combo. If Noel scores the hit, she gets 1k at most.

Pretty much this. I was a netplay warrior all throughout CT, and while I may have been a semi-decent netplay Noel, I was still a netplay Noel. Starting at CS was when I got into my local community and my abilities have skyrocketed. Even though I still lose because of character weakness. So we shall all rejoice together my Tsubaki playing friends, may the NOL reign supreme in CS2.
