Glitching it is probably the best way to land it outside of reversal baiting. Get on staff, drop off, and then you can just command backdash into it whenever.

Wouldn't be surprised if she's best in game or right under Bang honestly. She seems to have lost all major weakness and now only lacks a top tier AA. Gets very good CS damage off most hits and it doesn't even look like she lost her oki setups with the itsuuC->j.c->kote->fall c ender. Plus that yellow/black color == instant top tier. =D

Surprised I don't see anyone using 4d in vids. I guess her staff poke game is pretty ridiculous with mist cancel though. Also, looks like 6d might be ground untechable on otg?

Well, they are semi-character specific. And Noel has 22c loops off raw 3c which is pretty much like landing raw haku or chun. From a quick check on the noel forums those are 5.5-7k in corner. =P

Pretty much. Raw haku or chun into 4 ippatsus is about 5k meterless. Way easier to hit a hakue or tk chun than random 6c in corner also.

Only thing that litchi has good damage off of compared to pretty much everyone outside Bang is her itsuuC bnb which is like 3500 midscreen. Everything else is pretty meh. Less than 3k unless you start talking riichi or raw chun/haku hits which most characters would get way more damage out of comparable starters. (Remember that even in her own tier you have ragna/tao/noel who all get 4k+ off much easier setups.)

Lol. That's a shame. Seems like she'll be overall stronger in CS though, and with the weakening of many other characters she'll probably be pretty high on tier list. (Not that it looks like tiers will have the meaning they do in CT unless some ridiculous shit is found.) She sounds more fun too with the new riichi specials, more overhead options, a seemingly better midscreen game, and special cancellable 6c(1).

Max covered most of it. Try to get better players for critique footage. Pick up everyone except nu/carl/noel and sometimes litchi with 5c usually. Remember that Bang's air hitbox is dumb and horizontal for 6c. Better corner combos. Mixup after shishin. ( Fuck if I don't do the same thing to most randoms online though lol.) Also, first round against Bang you hit him with the tail end of an IAD C in the corner, you can often land and get haku->chun in that situation for a full corner combo. Should see if you can get footage against like LostSoul (he's probably ~red with you), kidviper, 10stars, or kurumster if you can. (Just listing good players I've actually seen online that I think are near you.) Maybe some of the SoCal like pulsr and pignutz might be red or better if they have wired internet.

I don't think it's special cancellable as I'm almost positive you have to input 2369c even to get the ground chun to come out off it. Kind of like Bang's 6d->6239b bnb.
