You might be able to jump charge from far away in between her 5d and 6d patterns. Also, I know Litchi's kara fastfall was good for getting in on Nu, so I expect the same thing would hold true for Tsubaki's.

Inoue easily. I haven't seen him in a while though. After him, most people feel about as good as the other just from vids.

If it got you damage like Hazama's super does then maybe, but you may as well just CA since her's seems pretty good.

Better to have the most fucking hype side tourney ever of CS and not a top 8 Nu snorefest main tourney of CT that gets the scene taken out of any future Evos. Also, anyone who WAS coming just for CT just saved $50 on registration fees since it will probably still be a side tourney anyway.

Get another game in there imo. As long as EVO staff doesn't take this as not caring about BB in general and realizes it is just about CT, then it's all good. If a miracle happens and CS is looking to be console released in time, then great.

Ya, I was able to apply match vid watching to learning her combos and get some bnbs down very quickly once I figured out which normals were which.

Do we have data on the proration for all her moves somewhere here yet? Like what got posted in the Rachel forum and how it has all the starter and mid-combo proration of her moves.

Try to dp before the sledge if they are using similar strings a lot. Could also probably IB the hit before sledge and 5b it. Just speaking from CT Litchi xp, she had the same problem.

Tons of Litchi vids in the posting thread. (Gamechariot Chiba ranbat) Fio is fucking sexy, interesting super combo from Itsuko, and rekka loops are win when teching isn't based on time. Also, way too much damage -_-.

All Green is still hot stuff even if you feel your opponent can block everything at least.

Aside from RCing for safety, 6a[m] RC combo, or RCing a staffless combo to go for a kill, your meter is probably best spent on her supers. All her supers are very good. Maybe CA if you get caught staffless in a bad spot.

Roaring thunder eh? Would be kind of funny if Rachel's dad owned that and was the bell hero in the mural. Would explain the lightning control from Rachel as well if it got passed down and just hasn't been said yet.

She's been C-tier since tier lists started getting around. Figure she could probably go up to B, especially as her combos seem to be getting more fleshed out and she has a pretty good mixup game from the vids. Loving these Tsubakis. Tomo, Inoue, Kyaku, and Konan have all had really good footage. Some different playstyles too in how much they rushdown or go for charging.

Feels faster as well. She is definately top-tier in CS. Not sure how that could even be questioned at this point. I don't think she's as dominating as CS top3 though. @K4: Check the 12/6 vid link and Mikado vids(think it is Inoue).

Does RCing the ender for her BNBs buy you a decent amount of extra charging time? (Like RCing the 22c to charge asap.) Might be a decent option to convert meter into install.

Well, she doesn't seem to do anything as well as Ragna, so that would be correct just from looking at vids. She looks a ton more fun to play though. Also, no crossups for her? And what do you generally do after corner bnb without charges, since it doesn't seem like you can safely charge after any bnb into the corner. Just meaty and mixup?
