for No v Ra at first i thought it's 4:6 but it feels more like 5:5 now, Rachel Wind does annoying as hell, but if Noel can maneuver and closing little by little, i think it does annoy Rachel Player as well, and Noel close range rush down for Rachel is just as brutal as frog/pumpkin lockdown imo

haven't try that on Arakune, Jin Hit box is just stupidly wide and eat any combos +_+, try 5b>5d/5c>5d, too many normals before 5d giving too much pushback -

interesting, how if Rachel do 5cdc>3cc? will the invincibility of her CA avoid the 3cc and still get 3c for free? edit : well, Rachel 3c looks hit both side >_>

One question about Throw break install, isn't on AC u can throw break only when you're on position "able to throw too"? i meant like throw counter on BB, you aren't able to throw break in a mid of special edit : or it's something like Kara Throw Special? is that possible?

Ok where exactly a good range for his jc to be almost impossible to anti air? i fight Hakumen a lot this past few weeks, and he's pretty stressed up with aerial approach since everything got beaten up with Noel 6a and jb

It only has invincibility frame for hits but not grab, and if the Noel know what she's doing, her 5d will go through your 5d, the reason A Blizzard fail is, because it has 8 start up frame and no Invul on it edit: forgot to add, iirc u don't need to ib her drive string, just normal block to counter it with b Blizzard/C Gale

Theoretically it's "canceling your jump start up frame with FD" there's 2 way to do it that i know jump+fd at the same time & hold fd then pressing Jump u know u succeed the FD jump by only jumping verticaly up(no matter forward/backward jump button u press) and there's no dust animation effect while u jump

Well as a Noel Player i'do prefer my opponent to block low more, since if i hit you on crouching position, i can get in a fat combos(well speaking of Rachell, i meant really fat combos) and 3c is pretty slow actually ... it comes out just as fast as 2D, it's her sliding animation that makes an illusion if that moves comes out really fast, but the actual hit comes really late, i'do usually only use that moves as faraway pokes/low profile something/hit confirm 2c on croucher, since if it got blocked = on neutral actually i'do have a little problem with Rachel 5b, random 3c is very dangerous on this matchup >_> edit : and yeah, Noel J.b is really good on air to air, comes out really fast and active forever

NO ... i zone the shit out of him to make him waste coin, since 3coin combos = death to Dizzy, and slow tension Regen, with tension rate he has? that's like 2x worse than when he has coin, free jack hound is Ok thought, he runs out 1 option but given another option afterward >_> That'll make her straight up A+ tier lol -

Give Dizzy a smaller floating Hit Box ... it's annoying when you didn't FD and someone poking your tail ... you're fucked -
Never Finish your block string just rush them dead and mix em up, if they whore barrier too much, they'll feel pain soon and iirc Burst activation start up longer with less barrier gauge, you can practically just avoid the burst and punish them for whiffing

2a hits croucher ... do note a's prorate damage like crazy and most of time i usually get too comfortable with 5b/5c range... well that's just me thought >_>

For me it's depends on the person i face and what option their character has at the beginning of the match, if they like defensive maneuver like iad back(except Hakumen) tkGH would catch them, if they like being offensive running ID would take care of their stuff

tkGH = tiger knee Gauntlet of Hades = 2147b = basically doing GH really low in mid air, since the mid air version comes out faster than the ground version

On pressure string, if u're not sure what the other guy doing, just barrier them out or u can IB something and 623c yourself out For V-13 try -> http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6127 ... i usually using air dash, hell Fang or tkGH for approaching Nu, be careful when using those option thought, they can be your best friend and worst enemy at the same time

Thought he has awful ground dash, but he still has a very decent command dash, just be very careful when throwing crap, and if he somewhat on range and can telegraph projectile... his 6c wasn't a laughing matter and zoning Hakumen is rather hard with limited amount of wind gauge, just by walking toward he can keep the space between him and Rachel, no wider than 3/4 screen away and just a few step from there, she is already on his affective area for retaliate. Use strat number 3 sparingly, you can't block Haku's 6d grab and to deal with greedy Haku that love to cut your projectile for free magatama to blow on command dash, Rachell can use 2 wind stock to get pumpkin ch and put him on bad situation since after the hit, if u didn't get the combos the pumpkin will usually located on his back to work on her further mix up for Blockstring... don't leave any gap on your blockstrings. if u get caught on D counter, since his 6d and 2d is an instant, it can act similar to DP's for eg -> Rachel j2cd>5b, if he ib the j2c, he can drive counter your 5b or 5cdc>236a, he can ib the last 5c and counter Tinny Lobelia
