  1. Phalanx has the same level as platinum's super missile, because i have used unlimited Azrael before vs an unlimited platinum once in some fun matches and the 2 projectiles killed eachother (i think) So it can't be a variable level
  2. I am pretty sure that a phalanx plows through tempest dahlia and spark bolt, so i think that phalanx is a lvl 3 projectile
  3. Although you need to take account instant blocking as well. Moves that are normally worse than -4 can very much be punished, like Ragna's hell's fang (although it's safe on normal block and he can even use a dp to punish you for comitting)
  4. For me it all depends on what you want to use. If you take the time to learn the harder combos, then more power to you. Even if these combos don't end being used much (like Mu's harder but cooler looking combo with multiple charged lasers), it's probably more satisfying for pulling those off and the reward might be slightly higher damage and heatgain But some people rather use easier combos for being more practical, because under pressure you can make mistakes more easily and they don't want to risk dropping combos Either way, nobody is wrong for doing whatever they want

  8. Timing looks rather strict because i have seen many players dropping that quite often
  9. I'd rather do 5a 5c 2c etc. with the new 12f untech time in the air, seeing that we don't need a CH 5a for it now. Although you probably still need 5a j.a if you hit the opponent too high with 5a All in all, it makes 5a a better rewarding "anti-air"
  10. Well same thing happend to Valkenhayn in 1.1 , but he apparently got some buffs in 2.0 to compensate that

  13. I have seen Ryo (i think it's him seeing that the player is called RYO.) using Ragna (rank 14 and dropped to 13 after losing some matches vs Tetsuwo) in some Shinjuku stream , so i am not sure if he switched from Relius to Ragna
  14. Not counting the reduced laser range on steins and the 6b change doesn't losing 5c>6c for aerial opponents, unable to jump cancel aerial steins and the various j.2c changes, like being techable, sounds like major nerfs?
  15. Her steins fire faster (still has the reduced range) and you dont need to charge habakiri for the maximum hits and improved DD's (although everyone has this) Other than that we lost OD version of totsuka and auto turret steins

  20. Although our combo rate probably has become worse, most of our moves have a different p2 (in most cases improved) to somewhat offset this in damage.
