6b is still +1. haven't seen much else. Just kazu was complaining about 2a and 2b. But I don't think either has changed, just old news. There's plenty of errors this time around too it seems. Haven't looked around much but lot of carl problems apparently.

can't wait for BBCP so my combos are easy-mode, even if char is still bottom-tier. But if you were holding down a button to tech, that would serve my purposes too you know. B/c it's easy enough to tech before a lot of the stuff I'm doing anyway, but you just don't. I assume you'd rather take the damage than be forced into a situation you don't want to deal with.
