You can benefit a lot from thinking about your neutral. The same goes for when you watch videos. Really think about what you see people doing in neutral.

new random move is 22b I think. The reward is so high, even though it is slower and requires ch. kind of like mu players mashing 5c. konan and kiba play somewhat alike now that I think about it, konan was mashing 3c in those sets we saw too.

it depends on the person I'm playing against, but I do like to try to get some charge at the start of the match. Some people I play like to do unsafe stuff at the start of the match, so i'll watch for that and punish (read, J2C). When I get charge at the start of a match, sometimes I go for a lot, and sometimes I try to go in after getting a bit before she really gets her stuff going. Last, her 2b as a poke beats pretty much anything you have so keep that in mind.

i always thought it did because of that hitbox. that hitbox must be just wrong, because that would totally hit crouching, lol. what is that.. also 5b hits crouching makoto at max range. i.e., it hits makoto at a range where even if you parry it you auto lose :/

Does Hakumen's 5a hit crouch on like 6f or 7f? looks like it wouldn't be 5f from the hitboxes

it is legit, it is a combo extender when it hits so high that 22b would whiff. I don't know exactly the reasons for it, but there is a lot of character specific bullshit in CP.

This is correct. You just change the intonation a little bit based on whether he is playing Mu or Noel.

4b is like 8 or 9 frames, it's not a terrible move to throw out sometimes, and gets some pretty strong reward.
