Yes, I'll play you surfeit.
I'm playing Makoto because I originally played Tsubaki and I figured more would transfer between these two characters than others. Plus they're both B rank in EX and in CP. Don't want people thinking I'm uppity
5cc>6b is a trap and not a high/low mixup (tho I do it too much for sure). Can't cancel 3c into anything, can hold the button to keep the attack from coming out. but no matter how you use 3c it's slow as hell. the amount of sleeping going to let 3[c]> 6b pass would be immense..
How does Bang's look? I don't knwo enough about most character's damage to say one way or another. Once she's in the corner Makoto's damage seems to be anywhere from 1000 to 2000ish less than EX.
I give it a fair chance of being correct or close to correct. But we'll see. I logged on and people were tweeting about it so I posted it on here. Then I tracked down the source a bit more and was like.. ah, well, we'll see.
"efficiency" is the jokes we heard when the hakumen forums were complaining about the doomsday that was CP. His meter gain is kinda dumb in CP so it's irrelevant.
I think the wall stick on star is the main thing. the rest of that was all already there really, like 2c after 5d or JD.
Altho, didn't Hakumen also get his damage buffed (10k off almost any starter lolz). and Jin?
Makoto damage is more stable(shit leads into corner combos) but it sure looks nerfed otherwise to me. Tsubaki has higher damage almost entirely but less off jabs. Just as a note. Not sure I've seen Makoto hit 5k without OD or a PF ender in CP
I think it holds it long enough that you can end up getting 5c> 46C instead of 5c>6c. ditto 5b.now if you stop blocking soon enough you might be able to handle it ok. But you are going to have trouble if you want to punish something with a quick recovery or if you're trying to mash out a quick 5c>6c when the opponent has been pushed back from barrier or something.
