man, I figured out what is going on. Makoto combos are hella tighter vs noel than other characters. range is so ass too. really have to cofnirm any hit into 6c sigh.

Nah. Swallow moon is actually good. It works nothing like it. Just.. nothing. 8f of landing recovery destroys it. her pressure reseting is hella weak in CP, she's not more rushdown, she's more RPS.

Tsubaki has had countless nerfs in CP, you just don't know what they are. She does a lot more damage though.

I'll be honest here. I wonder if Liz-mitsuru is as good as 3:7. Since alpha 2 I think of matchup numbers as being the % of wins expected. Do the best Liz players really win 30% of their games against Mitsuru?

Are we talking about CP. Because it's clear that SMP has no affect on damage in CP and the best combos I've seen are ones stacking SMP moves because the SMP doesn't prevent the combo from continuing.

2b>5cc is safer as far as proration goes, but bluebeating a combo that 2b>6a doesn't connect on seems kinda bad. I say because I've been trying to figure out what to do after I end a long corner combo. If I end with 5cc> JB> corona, then if I 2b it'll catch them if they don't roll or if they roll. Seems a little tight, sometimes bluebeats, sometimes picks them up for a fresh combo. but by that point, 2b>6a can be teched. But this doesn't work too well for me. if they neutral tech, I'm at a disadvantage. if I get a blue beat combo. JB > JD doesn't work. 2b>5cc> PF would work but if I was going to PF I'd normally have already done it. Usually ends up with them teching mid air and getting out of the corner.. hmm...
