The tip to hit the 214A~D just barely in lvl 3 was a good one. but the idea of having to microdash after that to make it universal (On who is this necessary?) still ain't something I'm looking forward to because without the microdash it already seems rather tight.

I had to go back 4 threads / 2 weeks to find an actual tier list that wasn't some kind of 'most loved/when used by newbies/stats based' list But it's still just ultimately the last tweak by 1 person on jbbs. After that everyone started talking about statistics and such. S+ Hakumen S Litchi, Taokaka, Jin A+ Ragna、Hazama、Valkenhyne、Carl A Arakune, Azrael, Tager, Mu, Bullet B Relius, Noel, Platinum, Nu, Bang, Rachel, Makoto C Tsubaki, Amane, Izayoi

People posting on jbbs are random internet peeps. It's kind of a majority rules thing anyway. People make their own tweaks to the last list posted, then other people notice that they dropped jin to A and call them out for being a Jin player, etc. And the majority of the world hates Tao so don't expect her to show up below S/A in any jbbs tier list for any BB game ever. But recently has been just stats stuff, like I said. People compiling info from the players guild site.

Like I said, Jiyuna hasn't tweeted a tier list recently. If he tweeted it, then I think he deleted it. It doesn't resemble any recent list from jbbs. Most lists from jbbs don't bother with a C. it's S to B. but usually there's an A+, or something. I'm not sure if there's been a normal tier list posted on there in a while. Recently it has been more people posting stats, how many players above certain dan rankings by character, max dan ranking by character, etc. Also, any tier list ultimately reflects what the current state of the game is. So for new characters to be at the bottom is unsurprising and also totally legitimate.

It's not a tier list, it's just a list. In descending order of the max dan each character has atm.

If Tsubaki didn't have her followups, it's not like she'd just be tsubaki without them. You have to work around the presence of 2cc, by doing stuff like 2c > jump cancel. I'd rather have them than have them removed. But is true that these followups are like giving someone a rope to hang themselves with. It's up to you whether you use the rope to hang yourself or just ignore it. 2c>2cc is going to be a real bitch to confirm in CP. Do other characters still have their anti-confirms like mu 2c>5c etc? 5bb is unfortunately always going to be a mixed bag, but I use it a lot in EX and am glad to have it.

There are much more effective newbie tools in the game than Tsubaki's followups. using 5bb is one of the best ways to get yourself killed, and it's hideously bad in CP. Far worse than just autopilot 5b5c on ragna for example. (Which you have a huge amount of time to confirm off). 2c is another. 2cc is always bad to put out. Lots of other chars have gatlings you can hit braindead and be fine. Mu 6a/5b apparently, Mu 2c/5c. makoto 6a>5b seems that way too.

Yep 3 for each. Also you can't frametrap with 5a/2a > delayed 5c. Unless what you are calling 'delayed 5c' is actually 'I returned to neutral and pressed 5c, which my opponent had 10 frames to DP, or 4-5 frames to jab me out of' I don't think I'm mistaken here but double check for me please.
