Praise the lord It's taken how many years now? But like Shtkn said, I bet the Ice Arrow glitch is still there. :V I've got a question about Hizangeki: does that change mean they just get slammed to the ground right in front of and below you? I haven't seen any Jin players use it in the videos I've watched, yet.

The reason I bring up Relius is because, like Tager and Hakumen, he has a tall crouching hurtbox. Characters who posses a 5A that normally whiffs on crouch often find their 5A won't whiff on them. That said, it is indeed entirely possible that it could have been caused by an extended hurtbox from the 2D. We probably just need to find out directly from a JP player to know for sure, so hopefully Magaki will have some luck with that.

26236 works too, which some people might like better. 2626 actually worked great for me in the last game and was my primary shortcut, but in this game, 2424 seems to prioritize backdash if you do it too quickly.

I find the easiest way to input it is by using the shortcut (specific to P4AU only) 2623. Sort of like a modified DP motion. It works pretty well and it's easy on stick because you can ride the gate. Not sure if that will help on pad, though.

Hmm... j.214C being emergency techable kinda ruins oki off air enders. Maybe this is more incentive to use the j.214D(1) routes.

2D FC > 236A > j.2D > 236C > 5B (1) > 5C > 214B > 4B > DP > 236236C > 5B (1) > 5C > 214B > DP > (delay) j.DP seems to give 4681 damage for 50 meter. 5567 for 100 meter using B Moonsmasher instead of the DP > j.DP ender. It's a little tricky to get the 236236C because the first DP only hits once, but you can buffer it. Anyone got a better route?

It's possible. You can definitely get 2C after the OMB, although it's more difficult. I didn't intend to spend as much time in the lab as I already did today, though, so I haven't tried it as part of the full combo yet. I'll probably give it a try tomorrow, unless one of you guys want to.

Corner: 214C/D > OMB > 2D > 236C > 2A > 5B (1) > 2B > 2AB > 214B > 4B > DP > j.DP [3426/15 meter gain, 25 with C grab] It's meterless. If you do 214B > 4B > 4A, you get 3248 damage instead. You can throw a 236236C Super onto the end for 4046 damage, but it side swaps and I haven't been able to get a good ender off this route. If you end in a B Moonsmasher it doesn't sideswap and does 4390 damage. Here's a different route for 50 meter and a burst: Corner: 214C/D > OMB > 5C > 214B > 4B > DP > 236236C > (side swap) 2B (1) > 5C > 214B > 4B > 4A [4128 Damage] And one for 100 meter and a burst in awakening: Corner: 214C/D > OMB > 5C > 214B > 4B > DP > 236236C > (side swap) 2B (1) > 5C > 214B > 4B > 214214B (sideswap again) [5177 Damage]

Actually, for lower confirms, you can get 5A > 5A > 5AA > 5AAA working to correct the height. I haven't played with that too much, yet, though. I just proved it was possible to do to get the 236B > 2A working yesterday, but I got busy and didn't get to optimize a full combo. I'm not sure if it's worth it, yet. Edit: It does 2180 damage, but it's pretty hard.

What are you guys using for air/anti-air confirms? I've got these: 5A > 5AA > 5AAA > 236B (fastfall, hit doesn't come out) > 2A > 5B (1) >2B > 2AB > 236B~B~C > 214A~A [2241/33] CH j.B > 5A > 5AA > 5AAA > 236B (fastfall, hit doesn't come out) > 2A > 5B (1) > 5C > 2B > 2AB > 236B~B~C > 214A~A [2692/37] I'm looking for something better.

I don't have the chance to check this on all characters at the moment, but how much of the cast did you test this on already?

So far I've only gotten this combo to work (5A>5AA>2B>5B>2AB>214A>4A>4AB>2A>5B (1 Hit) >2B>2AB>214B>4B>4A) if I swap out 214A>4A with 214A> Delay 4B Interestingly enough, it does more damage, but I've also only gotten it to work when it inadvertently sideswaps.

Yeah, I was convinced you were going to downplay it. You've been downplaying it on twitter as a non-issue. Key words being 'not deserving.' Here's that full excerpt of my tweet you referenced: You care about Valle and Level|Up. I get that. You guys are close friends and they do a lot for the Arcade and the community; I really do respect it. When I talked to Mando via DMs, which he has since deleted, he said he initially reacted the same way. It sounded to me like he wants to do what's best for the community, so he'll begrudgingly go along with it hoping that it works out, but I don't think it's really fair to him either. And for me, the largest of the little guys? Not to mention Numakie or Wallace, but it sounds like we're just casualties in a decision you made without really giving us any thought. As far as my stream goes: it is my stream. Which also means I have full control of the quality settings and local recordings. I stream for two primary purposes: one is to bring new people into the community and the other is to create high quality archives of our events. The former can probably be achieved even on Super's channel, assuming people will tune in, but the latter is going to either not happen, or suffer in quality. I'm able to localrecord in HD at 60fps while serving a high quality stream and this is mostly in part due to the thousands of dollars I've put into my equipment the 1.5-2 years. I've provided streams for many events completely for free, out of the goodness of my heart and love for the anime fighting game community. I even, out of respect for you and your arcade, ensured that every stream I ran from Super had the name of the arcade and the city it was located in, in the stream title. I've spent a lot of time building followers, those actually interested specifically in our games, to reach maximum exposure with our events. I've also worked directly with the game publishers to get goodies and prizes for some events, and some cool opportunities for our community members. So yes, at the very least, I want to be able to keep streaming the event I help with the most. I think that's a fair thing to ask after all I've done for the community. Yes, I do have aspirations of being a well known streamer at some point too, but that's not what got me into streaming and it's not what primarily drives me to keep streaming FGC events to this day. And yeah, I do have a sub button and subscribers too. Although I make very little off this, I don't think it's fair to them either. But with that all aside, I guess we'll talk tomorrow.

Man, I never raised my voice at you when we spoke on Wednesday, so don't expect me to do so now either. You can call them childish antics if you want, but I'm not looking for a backdoor; I'm looking for more clarity as to what is really going on. I did contact Twitch in an attempt to find out why I'm being given the boot. I would have never done so if you'd been fully forthright and transparent on the issue. I don't have anything personal against you, but I do disagree with the way the entire situation has been handled. I'd have really appreciated it if you had tried to contact me about the issue long before the next Rebel Up, sat down with me, and fully explained what's going on. I don't think that's too much to ask. Instead I found out from Delta, who found out from Mando, and wasn't even given all the information regarding the issue. I've never talked shit about you or your establishment and I doubt I ever will. I don't feel what's happened at this point is fair, but I'm well aware of how you guys have supported all of us in the past. I wouldn't forget something like that because of a quabble over streams.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO *ahem* I seem to recall someone mentioning 6B grounding the opponent on air hit. If you can't emergency tech it, I imagine 6C > 6B being a viable midscreen route, maybe? Then again, if 6C > 214B doesn't combo in the corner, maybe not.

I noticed this combo is incorrect: 6B > 22A > 2B > 236A > 236A > 2C > Combo 3 You actually have to use 236B to get that to work.
