I'll take your word for it since CS1 was a blur for me. When you say it like that, then yeah, old Parry would be a force to reckon with especially when you have meter to RC it for that crazy damage. However, would that be enough to make her move up in rank though? I also hope you don't mean the very first version of parry because lol we aren't allowed to have nice things. And yeah, parry still works but the risk vs reward seems skewed. :/ -

CP Makoto definitely seems like a complete character for the way her design works. The problem is, her design really isn't high/top tier material like Tao, Valk or Hazama. Even giving her back ground bounce on normal hit Lightning Arrow, her old parry, and/or old j.2C won't shoot her up in tiers. You'd have to release the limiters and remove the SMP on her drives again ala CS2 and the balance crew certainly won't do that again. Her corner damage doesn't seem different at all IMO. It's still the same except orb oki works again so people forgo that extra hundred or so damage to use it. -

Her overdrive is pretty much, how many drive moves can I fit into this combo before OD runs out? As for OD tier lists, I think she's mid since her OD actually does something. Also, that description is sadly true although I appreciate Comet Cannon's utility in certain matchups despite being mediocre overall. -

Azrael's DP absorbs projectiles and gives him one to use as well as give him additional I-frames while he's absorbing them. While it doesn't prevent you from using the oki because you can still punish him, it is something to keep in mind. That and playstyle differences. He was about 50/50 on oki and corona upper enders. -

Well, the U.S did and that thing was a ripoff. Yeah, I know that the U.S and Japan get different LEs but that doesn't mean ours wasn't a ripoff. -
If Pachi has a say in designing Terumi, then the tier list will be: God Tier: Terumi, Hazama B tier: Everyone else "wtf I thought I nerfed these hos out of my game" tier: Tsubaki, Makoto. But yeah, I hope Terumi will play differently. He can keep based Sweet Chin Music though.

It's just a new swag jacket for story mode and something she throws off before the match starts. I'm guessing they wanted to cut down on people jacking off to her since the story mode is 5 hours long for the Sector Seven peeps. -

I'm already planning on playing Makoto and Azrael (and learning some Hakumen OD combos for trolling purposes), but the new guys definitely look interesting. I'm more interested in the 30 hour story mode though. There are questions that need to be answered.
