I'm curious as well, mostly because I need to play something if I wont show up Sunday. Just spoke with Haz on Twitch and he says that it's almost impossible for me not to get the stick. He said it was going to be a mvc2 TE.

There's a chance I can go but I realized that I hadn't done anything with my group of close friends in a while, so I might end up hanging with them instead. Not that I don't love you guys, but it's been a few weeks since I've been able to commit some time to them. Hope you understand, I'll try my bestest to make it next time. EDIT: It's looking like I wont go this time. I really hope a few people manage to make it over. It's nice that you offered your space up to play some games so I hope it's worth it to you to do it again. I definitely want to make it next time.

It's super awkward when you meetup with new people, so I understand where you're coming from. I'm still not that close to a lot of the guys around here, but maybe you mistook their sense of humor as being rude. From my experience so far, I can't think of anyone who would have been too alienating. I remember when I first went to a meetup (that's right John, I have relevant stories too). It was just a hazbat from last season. I didn't know anyone and I had no clue where these things took place or how I would get there. Honestly, if Justin hadn't offered to give me a ride and been so helpful, I probably wouldn't have ever went or stayed around (keep in mind that I was just some random teenager whom he had never met and only had like 1 post on DL).

Sorry about not replying to this. By the time I went back to check dustloop last night the server was busy. If you feel like getting some matches in anytime, please feel free to add me. Most of my free time is spent on this game. First and foremost, GGs to Rurori. Playing those hype mitsuru mirrors was by far the most intense thing I've done on this game in a while. I hope we can do that again sometime! GGs to Zeromus. Playing for like 3 hours in the middle of the night has never been more worth it. And GGs to Kyou-Chan, who showed me how free I am to labrys. Sorry I couldn't keep the lobby open longer.

I'm going to make a room in an hour and a half or so. First time online in several weeks, so I'd like to become proficient with my Mitsuru and Kanji again. If anyone's interested in playing some matches, look for a dustloop room in like 2 hours.

Eric, the only thing that get's 4k midscreen is a fatal or CH j.C. If only A Coup was that good lol. And ya, I totally get it. I think Naoto fares better than most characters against Mitsuru but that's still not saying much. She's stupid. The only four characters that even contend with her are Aigis, Teddy, Yu (all 5/5), and Chie (her only real bad match-up I think probably 5.5/4.5). Too bad I wont be 18 for barfights. I'd be happy to try my best with Marvin, if only I was old enough. I've really wanted to play him seriously for a while but just never get the chance. I even spent all that time learning anti-Teddy/Chie tech. I'll be sure to watch if Persona happens.

Eric, I saw your post in the Naoto forum. I don't mind helping you out with that horrible matchup. I don't necessarily know too much about Naoto but I have no problem playing with you and pointing out things that seem to work. We doing anything this weekend? I'm free Friday. Saturday I have to work until 5:30, but that still leaves plenty of time. And it's worth pointing out that I'm completely done with all that stuff that's kept me occupied for so long. Like, I haven't played persona once outside of Haz's and Ruben's since this season started up. Theory fighting with Yu in my head is the closest thing I've gotten to actual practice. Ray, John, I'll start working on Marvel soon. I'll start going online again probably. So Eric, if you want to play, I'm always down. Our connection is the most solid thing I've found on netplay.

I got bored so I watched some of my matches from last season. I feel like I used to be such a scrub. All of those full screen Kanji DPs and rolls. I'd like to, a couple months from now, look back and think something similar. Also got me thinking about who used to go to these things. Jimmy, you should come hang out sometime. I also want some Tager help, if you'd be willing.

You guys know those "smart" advertisements all over the web? The ones that look for similar products to ones you've recently looked up on places like, you know... Amazon. I've been seeing a lot of Hulk hands lately... and something else...
