25 frames is from Extend, It could have changed but the animation and the length look the same to me. BTW if it is 13f, I will be pleased. No problem for me. -

He has the same backdash and it is definitely 25. I also noticed it and there are some mistakes on his BBCP Wiki page. -

Relius backdash is longer than Taokaka backdash (25 vs 18) with the same amout of invincibility. Relius backdash is pretty good I should say and don't even know why? lol. I still believe his backdash have more than 7 frames of invincibility. Taokaka have a short backdash with more invincible frames. However we got Led Ley. -

He doesn't have any meterless reversal, just like many other beasts in the game, so don't worry too much. -

I finally downloaded those video and I get something I was worrying about. I was too afraid that his 5C or 2C wouldn't be cancellable into specials (I never seen anyone do it before, so..). Now I saw 5C cancelled into Fireball, I am so happy. That means he can fastly cancel all his slow c while pressuring with his fireballs which have fast recovery and hit multiple times. This is really important for his spacing and his footsies. OMG that day 3, 3.2K midscreen combo from a throw??? We can definitely get more!!! His 3C is just perfect for combos, sweep and float on hit, I love it. My body is ready, give me the game, now!!! -

You forgot about Tager 5B hitting low, lol. I was saying that because I remember combos they were doing for Amane/Azrael/Bullet, and now you can't even see those kind of low damaging combos. Combo creativity is a player job not for developers. 2A is like 5A crouching nothing special. It is like Ragna/Tsubaki 2A. I was hoping he got Jin/Hakumen 2A with the back of his sword. -

@Surfeit, I agree with most of what you said, but I believe you are limiting his combo and damage possibility. Let me say this, I am sure Kagura will be between the most damaging character in game. When I think about the possibility of switching between stances and followups, I am confident even for midscreen combos. For instance, If you switch between untechable, juggling and corner carrying followups, you can do some crazy stuffs. The only things I am analysing right now are frames of his followups, if they are a bit fast, we gonna do some works, believe me. lol His 2B is pretty good, low profiling, something I noticed was the recovery. It seems to have a good one when I watched it for frames I would say at least 9 frames. -

I think I saw Kagura B fireball doing 5 hits. Yes, his 3C hit low, it is a sweep ans pretty good I should say, because you can cancel it to 2D and continue your combo. I believe 5B and 5C don't combo unless your opponent is airbone. So his nomal combo is 5B > 6B > 5C >.... However 5B combo with 3C, so 5B > 3C > 2D(A/B/C) >..... 6C is hella slow but his range is amazing, at least we have a normal to use after 5C. -

If Kagura got 10.5K, I will be so pissed, lol. Well, I will wait and see. 9.5k for Terumi would be too low, but most of chars with 9.5K are beasts, so.... BTW, I remember that in BB, Character health gauges don't scale the same way. There are some chars that the first part scale quickly while the rest scale a bit slower -
I think I am undertanding how Kagura works, let me try from what it was shown on that video and from some explanations and information we got. -His normals are cancellable to his drives. -His drives swith normally is slow but you can immediately cancel it to a Drive move by pressing A/B/C depending on what you want to do (Command grab - Shield - Low, High...) -Even his drives followups are cancellable to another drive switch > another follow up etc... -It seems like al his C normals stagger on hit so easy to follow up with Drive > follow up -After a follow-up, you can use his normals to continue a combo -His Fireball recovery is pretty fast (especially the A version hit only twice though) and the blockstun is long enough to allow him to do "stuffs" especially with the B version (5 hits but more recovery, still good though because he can even run after it) -His Flashsword is perfect vs jump attempts and safe on jump barrier block (which is the only way to block it in the air) but is soooooo punishable when it is ground-blocked. Does a lot of damage, O_O -His C moves are just a bit too slow! I give at least 12 frames for 5C and 15 frames for 2C. -His health seems great, 11K at least (If lower, I will be so disappointed, he needs 11.5K or 12K, just saying!)

I think you were actually right, because on the same video, there is one time Kagura get hit and the fireball continue to go. The second time, the fireball disappeared, I think because he was just summoned it. So, I think when the fireball is already going, it can't be stopped, just like Nirvana Fireball.

I just love how Kagura walk stance (Like I gonna kill you and you can't sh.t about that) . OMG this french guy pretty exposed Kagura as a playable character and said Terumi is very entertaining to play with (as least for him it was. Don't believe him, it is because he can't play as a charge char, lol) and he will be a beast. Yes, Mutsuki family is one them
