Once again Tao defies the odds only to get stronger.

Blazblue Santa read my letters!

Those Haku nerfs though. Airgrab is no longer OD cancelable? Talk about attacking the problem directly. Also 6D has been changed somehow and I think j.D is A cancelable like his ground versions. Also with the exception of "I was strongly first-stage correction." next to the words jump attack potentially meaning all air attacks P1 getting nerfed, and her 6C potentially getting more recovery, I think Tao has done the impossible and gotten buffed even further... (Mother of god...)

Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold Story Thread (spoilers)
Myoro replied to Vulcan422's topic in Zepp Museum
So if this is true and we even get one character. With Aksys's policy of never changing a select screen but instead adding to it, whilst always maintaining symmetry, we can expect 2 or possibly 4 new characters if any. (I predicted Kokopuffs being added to CP this way, so I'm on a roll.) -
So I was browsing the Sho video forum here and saw amongst the V.S. section a "V.S. Adachi" Has he been confirmed for the console release or is that wishful thinking?

Don't know if I'm late on this, but this article mentions that the release date for the Vita ver. is April 24th, and there will be new DLCs n' stuff: http://sunrisingblog.wordpress.com/2014/02/08/blazblue-chrono-phantasma-comes-to-ps-vita/ (They don't really have anyone left they haven't given announncer voices to, so I think that ether means colors or, dare I dream... new characters.)

Especially that one.

So I've found that most corner combos that use236C first, and 2C->6C->41236B later (which is a lot of em) can instead do 2C->6C->Priorated 236C->214B->2363214C for the Vinum glitch reset.

I dunno, I think Relish is markedly better in CP. Better solo, better carry, better Zoning, consistant damage, some crazy fun combos, Crush Trigger+Ignis gimmicks, and that's only what we've seen of him so far. The only real nerfs I can think of are meter gain, nerfed blockstun on lanto, and Ignis dying quicker, and I for one would accept all of those nerfs in EX for our current Val Tus' buffs alone. I can't wait to see what the patch brings us. If we get another new move to play with I'll be over the frakin' rainbow.

^ I need a video of this stat.

I just wish Ignis wouldn't extend people's actives. Makes 236A+D a little useless.
-
Yeah, the latter. If I had it my way everyone would require high skill to use their advanced tactics. Doesn't have to be skill in the same aria, because each character plays differently, but the amount of thought put in to doing what you do to win should be as even as you can get it between characters. In my ideal game that is.
-
I mean, you don't have to have a base in logic to feel cheated, and I personally make a point never end a match this way (plus I play Relius for god sakes, I have no soap box to stand on.) The problem here is that characters that (in general) take a lot of time and effort are getting dunked on by characters that are easy and take much less time. I could understand why someone might feel that way, so there's a possible solution to that dilemma. But, yeah, all I meant is that advanced gameplay of any character should have some kind of daunting skill requirement, no matter how beginner friendly the character is at first, not that playing the game should feel like doing a sudoku loose leaf paper while skydiving (my analogy for KoF.)
-
'Cept easy isn't a playstyle. If Jin it to win it weren't so easy a dead gerbil could main him, I'd be more okay with the stuff he gets away with. The solution, or so I think, is to make every character's more powerful goodnesses very skill demanding to use. That way everyone would be difficult to play at a high level then people would stop feeling cheated. That solution prolly creates more problems than it solves though, and I have no desire or means to implement it, but I'm too lazy to address ether of those facts.
-
Don't you dare say that. Don't even think it. WE CAN MAKE IT IF WE BELIEVE.
-
GGs Necro, I dunno what kept happening, for some apparent reason I was unable to do 236 motions half the time (did you see all those random 6As?) BTW If this is what you're like with a broke controller, I shudder to think of what you could do with an optimal one (you're super good!) Welp, back to training mode with me.
-
Well you could consider CP up till now a humongous loketest, but yeah this is going to be a disaster unless a miracle happens.
-
Well a lot of that was instant blocked...
-
If you respect a Relius until Ignis is withdrawn, most times it'll be far too late we're trained to do tricky stuff. Use that speed of yours, hit Ignis when you can, or dash through tus. If you grab Relius he's forced to dismiss Ignis even if he techs it. If you have meter and need to get in Messenga his zoning attempts.
-
I can see it now. [j.236C->j.214D]X7->j.236C->strikefall->anything really. Take this fight to the skies.
-
Then there's Bullet and Bang. Technically Ignis starts out unsummoned too. There's also Izayoi, Amane. Jin and Terumi too, as meter is part of their gimmicks.
-
Does that reason rhyme with Benferno Bivider?
-
Except with the RC mixup you get better starters, more mix-up opportunities, and meter from driving their block.
-
Kind of a "well I'm already screwed" attempting 50/50 distortion here. Well at least you can do 236236A to catch 2A mashers now.
-
Does this mean only meterless reversals? AND DOES THAT MEAN FRAKING TAO AND VALK GET BUFFED??? it's so cold in mother Russia.
