GGs to the stream rooms I was in last night. (Can't do arcade lobby because my game freezes). Also is PuppeteerDark on DL? I've played him a good amount of times over the years.

Sometimes people with mics will yell or say things like, "What? I blocked that bullshit!!" whenever I land a hit. In some connections this causes it to lag instantly, making me drop my combo However when they score a hit on me they never whoop or holler in excitement...probably because they're focused on not dropping their combo. Seriously though, if you want a makeshift lagswitch just hook up your mic and SCREAM into it whenever you get hit. (And it's always the most obnoxious people who benefit from this - The guy who constantly talks shit even though he's average at best, or the guy carrying a conversation on in the background who has no reason to have the mic turned on in the first place).

Her airthrow looks an awful lot like her j.C though. Your opponent will just see armor pieces flailing about and feel that the high is coming. The only thing that might give it away is Izayoi reaching her hand out. I've been using the airthrow whiff into other stuff and it does work for the most part. Land > Grab has had the most success for me. However some people try to block high and accidentally jump, which lets them get out even though they had no idea what they were doing. Needless to say there are also some people who will mash 5A no matter what, they will always hit you out of this even if it made no sense for them to be mashing in the first place.

Your definition of "decent" may be somewhat skewed. I get my ass kicked all the time.

GGs to Solid Legend and the other people I blayed today. Bgs to my PIECE OF SHIT PS3 for freezing every few matches. It already cannot play discs of any kind, but now it also freezes during downloaded games. Solid Legend, if you can see this, I didn't rage quit, my Playstation did.

Do they force people to use stylish mode?

Try to activate Phorizer when the opponent is just above your head. If you try to mash it out or do it too early you'll just stand there.

When is the draft and what date do the matches start?

I tested out the airgrab thing, and it still shows the purple !! onscreen (even though your characters are offscreen). It probably still works as a surprise, but I thought the "!!" would appear off the top of the screen too (so the opponent wouldn't even know they got grabbed). Damn you Arc for thinking of everything.

It's cutthroat in the arcade lobby man. I think there is a short amount of time where the loser can't rejoin the machine. I have lost to someone and when I try to get back on the machine someone takes my spot even though I was mashing hella hard. Also I never realized that people were waiting on specific machines to get open. Since some people let their avatar go to sleep in front of arcade machines, I though that they were just afk.

Oh and don't try the standard 236A > 214D to get in while in GA mode. If he cuts Sonic Sabre the orb will hit you out of a teleport, and if he counters it you can still get grabbed out of the teleport (even though you are behind him..............BS). On a positive note 236D oki should beat all of his wakeup counters and Yukikaze (if you jump the sword swipe). If you are too close though he may be able to grab you with one of them (I have to test it out). Edit: Simply doing 236D and dashing in after strike fall will get you grabbed by 2D. However doing 44 > j.236D > airdash > j.B > j.C will avoid 2D's grab.

If most Hakumen want to approach you, they'll do it from the sky. Heavy use of 623B should beat everything he does in the air. 4C and Gurren/Kishu are the only things you should be worried about on the ground, but they are gimmicky/unsafe. I don't know how well Hakumen can react to Sonic Sabre with sword normals, but if he starts using the counter to stop them you still get a star (and he gets a magatama, so it's an even??? trade). Approaching him can be difficult, but I haven't really had that much XP with a good Hakumen yet sry.

Enter all tournaments, why the hell not? I'm in. Edit:...If only I had a team...hold on... Also what's the difference between Pokemon style and Tougeki style? Double Edit: You might want to just let people sign up and do random teams the day of the tournament. It can be hard for people to organize online, especially when you don't know if the person will have something come up at the last minute. The one or two extra people that can't be a part of a team could be added to an existing three man team as a sub who could switch in and out at will or something.
