AC+ is already on US PSN. +R is currently only on the (Japanese) Vita, however. Once it hits consoles, AC+ will be patched to it.

Using art pulled from Google images or other artists is a gray area when you're not profiting from it. If you were, for example, commissioned to make stick art for someone, and used art you had no legal right to use, that would be wrong. Just using it for your own stick art isn't usually a problem, though you should still seek permission from the artist as a courtesy.

If you're on a stick, using a button to FRC is a waste. With all four buttons at your disposal it's easy to hit FRCs anyway, and using a macro takes away your ability to decide what button to hit. If a combo involves an FRC followed immediately by another button press as you become neutral, or the FRC is very shortly after the input (like Baiken's Youzansen FRC), you can hit the attack button and the three other buttons with separate fingers and avoid having to try and double-tap it.

We don't owe you information just because you asked for it, Blade. If people with +R don't feel like trying out all the EX characters in AC and +R to compare their differences for you, that's their decision and you're gonna have to live with it. Feel free to get the game yourself and post your findings, but don't bitch when others won't do the work for you.

It doesn't, and mics are generally considered a bad thing in fighting games. PSN in particular likes to lag a little more with mics around, and especially in GG you want to minimize delay as much as possible.
