No and no. Everyone has the same health. Chipp has a lower defense rating (taking more damage with every hit) than Zato does, but has higher guts. So the end of his healthbar depletes slowly compared to Zato's. In the end they have comparable overall health, but it all depends on how the damage is dealt. And, again, you're welcome to make a new thread if you feel so strongly about it, but this is for discussion of Xrd directly. We're already at 165 pages, it's hard enough to find info without extra clutter.

Pffft what? No. Generally you only go for IKs off a dizzy if your IK's pretty fast and you're already in range, otherwise the risk of them mashing out (and you losing your Tension gauge completely) is too high.

The slowdown from the RC stops as soon as 6K hits, and he's done it before without RCs, so I'm gonna say it's not doing anything.

We need an English-speaking Potemkin in Japan please. So I've been thinking about 6K a lot. 6K combos into F.D.B. F.D.B. has 19 frames of startup. 6K is level 6 or F.D.B. is shorter, but F.D.B. doesn't seem shorter. (It's slightly shorter.) So 6K is level 6. This is cool. There's a lot we can do with this information. Mega Fist RC c.S > 2S > 6K > Hammerfall for a fat chunk of damage and knockdown, close enough for actual oki if you're so inclined. c.S > 2S > 6K > Giganter > Gigantic Blid more big damage, probably devastating in the corner or with cranked R.I.S.C. Here's an interesting thing: FAB PRCs Hammerfall, but there's no freeze or slowdown. He still loses the meter. The heck? Also, later in the vid you can see Trishula actually being used. It turns out that j.H is special cancelable, as evidenced by the j.H > ICPM, but ICPM is too slow to combo, so you do still need the RC. Seems like a really silly oversight imo. It might only be a frame or two too slow, but it's impossible to really tell - still, you might be able to black beat it sometimes.

Speaking of Potemkin, I think his new 6K is pretty good. I'll miss having a standing overhead, but 6K is basically how he's expected to get ground combos now. It actually patches up a weakness he had in #R and I think once it starts getting used more, Potemkin might not be as miserable. And for corner air confirms? Wallsplat's a pretty helpful thing to have.

re: Zansei Ryouga, I think the change is that only the last hit (the cinematic ending) hits the opponent, so that, as before, only the last hit can be the KO. It probably looked silly (and caused other issues) if the opponent died before the super ended.

There's a random element to damage calculation for dizzy, between 1.0 and 1.3x. Everyone's maximum dizziness is a fixed number.
