You should subscribe to Game Chariot's channel. There's like a TON of Hazama footage being uploaded there. Link.

I just talked to Xie about the 00:38 mark. It's not a legit combo since 2C does the "first hit" again but the following hits are possible. We can do stuff like 5AA > 2C > 2D > j.B to sideswap if Junpei's in the corner and convert into a corner combo. That's possible now since 2D's way faster in 1.10. It combos from a lot of things.

Thanks guys! Can't wait for this game. ;_; Sho's probably next. I wonder if they'll do videos for P4U characters too.

Atlus Official Junpei Trailer Someone needs to translate this for me.

After watching the new footage, I have some idea of how strong the regen buff is. I couldn't see how the HP recovery was improved since the video quality is pretty low, but I do see that the SP regen is crazy faster. By the time Junpei gets the 20th Run, he has decent recovery and if he's at 30th, he's basically at Liz Invigorate status while still getting SP from other actions like attacking and blocking for example. So, yeah, you actually get much stronger now with more Runs. Which means you might want to use Homerun Supers more often with all bases. With this in mind, I went to the combo thread and added the number of bat normals you can get in each combo.

So guys, Damosu went from 774 to 792 PSR. Not really surprised after watching those videos from Akihabara but still, too many points!

Let's not get carried away guys. Being really good and being top tier are still two different things. For example, Mitsuru is considered A tier in P4U2. She's not "top tier" but we all know what Mitsuru can do and how she can win against most of the cast. Anyway, I started playing BB on CP so I don't know if the info is true. Even if it isn't, posting pictures and gifs about it is unnecessary.
-
... T-That can be true, kinda, I guess. Well, indeed, he usually loses when he doesn't get 10 Runs. And when he doesn't get 10 Runs, it usually means he couldn't hit his opponent with any decent confirm. aka bodied. But enough about Junpei here, let's just wait for tonight and see if those Liz players do something cool.
-
Did you watch any Junpei matches at all? And these are all from v1.0! I've seen this character win way more than others to be honest. :3 Well, anyway, I'm not expecting much from the Liz players at a-cho today but we might see something interesting. Will definitely watch.

New Golden Arena gameplay with Yukiko. Now in Ultimate mode. :3

Thanks! ... No Junpei players. orz

Yeah, those are still possible. I can't see why you're having problems with the dash, it's pretty simple. Try an easier route if you have a hard time later in the combo. I mainly go for: 5B > 3C > 236D > dash 5C > 6C > dash 5C > 2C > 4D > 214D~dash B > super jump > j.Cx4 > 5C > j.Cx5 > Hirentotsu. Should deal less damage but you won't be so far from the ground compared to the first combo. This is good because it makes easier to catch rolls after Hiren. And yeah, it's possible to 5D after Jabaki wall bounce. Just make sure you're far enough to get the most hitstun out of the drive.
-
Oh, thanks, but I was asking for the full list (all characters)! :v
-
Interesting. Do you have a list with all the players that are going to participate?
-
1) This is match-up dependant. In general, you want to keep zoning them out with your drives and then going in when you hit a chain or see an opening. It takes some time to get used to his options and ways of getting around but you'll eventually learn that as you play. Don't get too happy with drive follow ups and remember to pay attention to your stocks. Hazama is very good in both zoning and rushdown, make sure to apply both strategies depending on the situation and character you're up against. 2) Which one? For 236C, there are a handful of ways to surprise your opponent with it. Works great if used during stagger pressure for example, just remember to be creative with it. If you mean the Super Command Throw, I wouldn't really recommend it. You'll probably get more damage if you use the meter for a Houtenjin confirm. It's useful to close out rounds though, you can try this input for practical use: 63214D~6D. 3) As I mentioned earlier, stagger pressure. Hazama's 5B is +2 on block and 2A is +1, meaning you have the advantage in these situations and will be able to act before your opponent recovers from blockstun. This is very useful for frame traps if you delay your gatlings and will definitely make your opponent respect you. Be aware that this loses to DPs, watch out for them. During stagger, you can go for overheads (6A/Ressenga), lows (2B, Zaneiga) and throws (B+C, 236C). Be creative!

There's a ton of 1.1 footage featuring Tahichi (Yukari) from Akihabara. I should probably add those to the P4U2 video thread. Edit: Done.
-
He kinda does. And about Elizabeth, we'll see how things turn out. Damosu is doing a pretty good job with her lately and there's definitely room for improvement since the patch was released not too long ago.
-
On that subject, who makes those? Players who play there? What makes their lists bad?
-
Someone should definitely fix this thread's title. Anyways, new combo video. It shows combos and setups using the new 1.1 Agi.
