Paid DLC. I was hoping she'd be like a Zappa or a Gen type (Swapping Personas for different movesets) but given no icons/meters, it appears it's not the case.

I'm about 90% sure the JP version will not be region locked (but that's a lot of money to pre-order anyway). The reason being that the first game was region locked to stop Japan from importing the cheaper American version, according to a few articles I saw around the net at that time. Nothing official or reputable just JP BBS. Personally I'd definitely place her above Chaos and Akatsuki. Probably in the next batch of characters, which is a pretty big list actually.

Most JP BBS tier lists have her at B. That was one tier list with a guy who's not very good and from my understanding, spouts questionable frame data.

I'd like confirmation from Atlus that Adachi and Marie won't be with the digital version...a part of that just screams BS to me (Terumi was with digital for BB after all, different publisher of course, but still).
