  1. Sammy vs Capcom also had another company (Sega Sammy) involved, so IDK if it's fair to factor that into the equation. At the very least, ASW and Capcom have collaborated in the past (SBX) so there's that at least.
  2. Why does it have to be a nerf? Maybe they're trying to change the direction of his playstyle. That seems to be the case with a lot of characters, like Rachel losing her pumpkins for whatever reason.

  4. So if you hit a crouching opponent with Jagaku do they stay in hitstun and just don't get slammed, kind of like counterhit hell's fang? Also any idea if we can do something like bnb 22C 665D 6C and then followup since last hit of 6C bounces now?

  8. Well, the problem is that 1.Not everyone is qualified to give advice and 2.A lot of people who are don't seem interested. In Relius land we're very fortunate to have a very well written thread thanks to Lich, but IDK if every character has such a thing.
  9. To who? Because in the public conscious I'm pretty sure Capcom and Netherrealm are still walking all over ASW in that regard, I'd say Namco Bandai is too.

  11. My humble expectations Hibiki - Some kind of chill prog-rock with heavy emphasis on bass or sax. Kind of like Tager's theme, slow (inappropriately enough for such a fast character) but still fightable. Naoto - Generic fast paced anime speed-metal with high pitched guitars and fake drums. Nine - Ominous mix of industrial metal with choir stings.

  13. That's easier said than done. If you're playing half the roster just to the point where you can counterpick most MUs that would otherwise give you trouble, then what's going to happen when you try that on someone who's actually grinded out the MU?
  14. That's because they're the same composer, every BB/GG track except for the CP remixes is.
  15. Other characters are getting their CF threads up so why not us. So right now all we really know is that we have some kind of Ignis grab. Whether it's a true grab/unblockable or what the move's actual function is, we don't currently know. We should find out within a week however.

  17. Well you'll have plenty of time to enjoy CPEX. This game was literally announced a few hours ago. It doesn't even have an arcade release date let alone one for consoles, let alone one for outside of Japan.
  18. It seems like Overdrive still exists based on the appearance of the burst icons. Is it reasonable to assume that BBCF will borrow most of its system from CP the way CS borrowed most (but not all) from CT?
  19. People who do this just won't play any fighting game then. THey'll have to drop Xrd until Revelator, UNIEL until ST, etc.
