    Akuma's eyes are blank, this guy has yellow eyes. He's also an albino with long black dreads. Not a single one of those things described Akuma unless he gets a DmC tier redesign.

    Unless something's changed yeah stylish is legal. IIRC Brett entered Evo last year with Stylish Kagura. Honestly, how many people that play the whole cast do you know of that are good enough that you can learn matchups from fighting their characters? I'm sure they're out there but there can't be that many of them. On that note, people who stream themselves netplaying when their internet clearly isn't built for it. Especially if they get salty at lag afterwards.

    It's not a matter of ASW being an ass. The encryption on the PS3 discs is different from Xbox games. That's why P4U2 got ripped and BBCP didn't. I haven't heard anything about PS4 or XBO encryption so I don't know if it's looser or not than PS3.

    I don't remember the last time a big licensing crossover ever got a dub. J Stars and PxZ were examples that DID have most of the properties get localized and even then it was too much effort and money for games that were so niche to the West.

    The only reason people are assuming the XBO version will be rippable is because 360 discs used a different encryption method from PS3 discs. There's no guarantee that the XBO uses an easily cracked method. I know a guy who might know something but that requires getting an XBO copy of the game into his hands.

    I like how Celica is so much of an airheaded sweetheart that she's more concerned about Arakune being in pain than the potential of being devoured by a sack of slime and bugs. Gotta love BB dialogue lol.

    I guess I must be a dick then because unless I'm playing tournament matches or explicitly trying to practice my char or an MU I switch around a lot and goof off with characters I blatantly don't know how to use to see how much my fundamentals and basic knowledge take me. Spoiler: Not very far.

    I don't see how you can call those characters boring but then want Mika who was literally rushed out for ALpha 3.

    You can't just say you have a reliable source and not link it. Literally anyone can do that.

    Er, I'm not sure that's quite what it is. It works in BB because each character is designed around it. For example you can't just make Zato's Eddie into a drive because his entire gameplay and buttons are based around them being special moves. It has nothing to do with "BB is for babies so it has glorified specials mapped to one button."

    He still got the swaghawk, just that it doesn't have a silly ass hole in it anymore lol. The moveset changes he got looking real appealing right now. Already playing theory fighter of trapping people into grab range with the leftovers.

    You can't just slap a drive button onto GG like that, the game isn't built around it like BB is.

    If you want to convince people you're worth giving money to, first and foremost you have to have some kind of work to show for it. Nobody wants to drop dollars on promises. If you have some kind of truly amazing content, or at least something you feel is worth paying for, it would be advsiable for you to share it.

    KI's turnout numbers have been getting better and the pot bonus from MS has gone a long way. We'll see where it goes from here.

    The question is more like who DOESN'T want Raven lol. Even Ishiwatari seems to be aware of the requests. Also remember that the recent interview claims that they went for a 1:1 ratio of new and old with Johnny and Jacko. If my layout means anything at all, it means they can do a perfectly even amount with 3 new and 3 old.

    I made an extremely rough diagram of how the CSS could have more open spots. Take this with a grain of salt I don't actually work for Arc, I need at least 500 more hours in Photoshop before I get that job.
