Is anybody down to play later, maybe 9 or 10 Central Time? I need to redeem myself. Zeron, I'm not sure about the tier list, so I won't give out potentially false information. I feel like Yu vs Lizzy is very heavily swayed in Yu's favor, though. Like, 8-2.

Things happen sometimes. Don't sweat it, we got someone to sub in for you. Play me later though, okay? :P I want to see some of your tricks and try to apply them myself.

I think I've only played online against Manakas, so I doubt I have room to talk here.

People like to panic whenever a 236C/D is going toward them and turtle up instead of hopping over like you do, which allows me to do whatever I want in the meantime. Usually send 3D toward them to hit them high and start a combo that way. You also jumped back after I AOA'd you into the air instead of falling and getting hit with j.D. I'm down to play a couple matches.

GGs to Zeron and his Naoto. To take it back to what Pyry said, you didn't let me get away with any of my Yukiko shenanigans. :P

Is there some way I can watch this happen even if I don't participate? For one, I'd have to be either Team Yukiko or Team Elizabeth, and one is filled and the other is the character I've been neglecting. For two, I'm not good enough to be cut out for tournaments just yet, but I really wanna watch.

I just need to fight more Dustloop people in general, I think. My Yukiko is seriously improving fighting you guys. My Elizabeth is seriously not, but that's because I'm focusing on Yukiko. Mad props for that Kanji IK at the end. I've never actually been caught by it before today.

I really wanted to fight that Labrys too. I wish the room had waited for that match to happen before spitting me out. We had some good games afterwards in room 2.0 though, so I suppose it turned out okay. Your Kanji is scary, HoudiniJr.

I occasionally get a GG message on Blazblue from someone, but it's usually me that starts the conversation. I think I'll head on for a bit, get a bit of practice in before I go online.

It's been a while, but I have another dumb question to ask. Is it a good idea to train the opponent to respect/disrespect persona pressure? For example, I noticed that if you use 5CC>2C to catch people off-guard with the super armor, they'll learn to keep blocking and respect it, which allows you to replace 2C with 5D for a grab. I'm sure the reverse would be possible - 5CC>5D, sacrifice a card once they expect it, then replace it with 2C to get a combo going. I've never had Thanatos broken in the gap between 5CC and 2C, anyway. Another example would be after, say, Shuffle Time, use 236A or B to punish immediate rushdowns, then in that situation, use 214D to bring them in. Is this the kind of thing Elizabeth needs to be able to do to succeed, or am I wasting my time toying with people and giving them openings that I haven't lost to because of sheer luck?

Technically I'm in the south, but I'm maybe 3 hours from Missouri. Depending on how late you're playing, I should be able to get on tomorrow. Have some stuff going on in the afternoon I have to go to, but I'll be ready after that. In Central Time, I should be home by 7 if nothing comes up.

I wish I could get my friends to play and get better with me on the couch so I can see what this business about Manaka being bad is about. :c Curse my lack of fighter-enthusiast friends!

Lizzy's IK hits tally up over time, so if you let her live long enough to use it three times in a round, it'll still get you. I need to quit throwing it out when I know I'm going to lose otherwise and put up a fight, though. We need to play again sometime. You need to join us, Elochai. I want to see the ways of the Lizzy from a master.

I wonder what Carl mains would have to say. That's an entire new way of looking at the game you'd have to keep in practice.

I get miffed when I match up with someone repeatedly and they keep refusing the match before we play even once. If you don't want to play me that much, why don't you just use the search and avoid me?
