  1. A little too close, Naoto Rachel seems more freaked out than ever at him too, really OOC.
  2. So seeing as how people are out to take down Noel/Mu, we can safely assume her Act 2 takes place after most of the others. Valkenhayn: I finally found you, you devil. Mu: Valkenhayn-san!? Valkenhayn: It's my master's regret to have been killed by you, I'll have it lifted on this place. Mu: Please listen to me, I didn't kill Rachel-san. Valkenhayn: Shut up! I won't allow a devil like you to speak Rachel-sama's name... Atone that sin with your death!! Oh shit. This could possibly just be a bad vision by Valk but if it's not...
  3. That's what I figured as well; which is why she suddenly fights them to see if they're worthy of taking on the others and possibly Amaterasu. I do wonder what happened to everyone before they got into the Embryo. Didn't Relius get subdued by Carl and Litchi at the end of CP, for example? How come the three are all doing their own thing in the Embryo afterwards?
  4. Poor Bang. Wonder why he was shown a crapsack reality instead of an ideal one like the others though. I'm guessing that pic with Homura in it is who he was expecting to see instead of Izanami?
  5. Think he's referring to the last episode of the anime, where Noel freaks out after making eye contact with Izanami and Ragna has a flash image of Saya that allows him to connect the two as the same. Still...the anime wasn't that great, sadly. Wouldn't be the best place to look for answers regarding something that wasn't thought of at the time.
  6. I don't think there's too much of a connection with Ragna and Naoto's Sayas because while Saya T. resembles Izanami (something that is established in host bodies with Kazuma/Hazama), Saya looks like her brothers in the flashbacks. Maybe Izanami is actually using Saya T. as a vessel this entire time but believes it to be Ragna/Jin's sister because that's what Relius told her upon awakening?
  7. It seems that was the idea with her stabbing herself with Ragna, after all. Really looking forward to that Relius translation soon, though. Wonder if he has any plans for Izzy after that; wouldn't be surprised if that's the way she gets written out of the story, damn.
  8. ......of course it is, but I was wondering what's her current status seeing as how she apparently got rekt by Izanami much like Kagura.
  9. So I'm guessing her captain/Tager was either a lover or relative? Either way, she doesn't look like she'll be trying to kill Noel with those injuries.
  10. Uhh, I knew all of that. We don't know what's the deal with True Noel in the first place though, so we can't even tell if she's inherently evil just yet.
  11. Not pleased at how more and more OP Relius is getting, although if Izanami was gonna get rekt by anyone, it would certainly be him. Something tells me Izzy is gonna get Terumi'd halfway through CF in general, which would be a shame since we know very little about this greater GREATER evil, if it even is in the first place
  12. So if this True Noel isn't the one that we've followed the entire time, I don't understand where the emotional impact will be. Will everyone try to kill that one, or the one inside the Unit? If it's the former it's gonna be a bloodbath, but the latter I think everyone should be fine with. And since when did Izzy turn from the goddess of death into the Azure Ticket Puncher in everyone's arcade endings? She was implied to be powerful enough to take it out the A. Unit once it exposes itself, so why bother throwing loads of people at it in the meantime?
  13. Kinda annoying how that story pretty much is the answer to who/what/when/why to potentially everything in the series and it's completely open to interpretation if we can't lock any of the characters in these roles.
  14. *backflips over laser tripwire* I'm curious as to how Kagura seemingly just got flat out rekt by Izzy instead of the usual "But thou must Noel" banter she had with nearly everyone else. Don't tell me Kagura can't stand TRAITORS either?
  15. I wonder what Rachel losing her power is gonna mean for her involvement in the story. Is she gonna be susceptible to disappearing after a while? Better spill the beans while you can, then girl.
  16. Didn't Nine reluctantly send Celica after Izanami though? Maybe she'll take care of it and go right back to Nine to serve as a final boss. I'm really interested in Relius's story mode, especially since it spoils something as big as Saya's true identity so casually; I wonder how accurate his wording is on her being a doll and Rachel saying she's a byproduct of Amaterasu. Too many questions that are brought up But still, least we're getting some sort of explanation. I'm thoroughly convinced we're gonna be revealed to have been Noel all along.
  17. Question, is this Act 3 trailer in question in a similar vein to the trailer that hinted Izanami's playability? If so, we could possibly get Act 3 sooner than expected.
  18. This entire thing would've worked better as a create-your-own-adventure ordeal. I would've brought in the Investigation Team to hit Izzy with the Myriad Truths and everyone would've lived happily ever after. Except for Celica, who got shoved into the Lynchpin as intended.
  19. As for Raquel, isn't she Rachel's "sister", created from the Embryo? I thought she was contradictory to Rachel's existence, but after learning that I don't see anything wrong with her.
  20. Doesn't the first XBlaze have Es sacrificing herself to remain in the Boundary? I'd assume she'd still be there somewhere.
  21. I was thinking about it, and Saya Terumi looking like she does isn't exactly unusual. She's from the Terumi clan, which is based off of the Amanohokosaka clan, whose females have a history of purple hair and red/purple eyes, as shown with Mei/ the Azure Shrine Maiden. What I found interesting about Naoto's arcade is when Izzy said her body wouldn't move as she wanted it to. This could simply mean that Naoto rekt her (which I doubt), or Saya is putting up resistance after all. Relius probably knows their relationship exactly, since he kidnapped Saya T. and we don't know what happened to her after that. So people on TV Tropes are saying that Saya is a doll/vessel made for Izzy. I'm not quite sure of that. For starters, Kazuma and Hazama look almost identical to Terumi because they're based off of his likeness. Why then, does Ragna's Saya look nothing like Izzy, if she was intended to be a vessel all along like Haz/Kaz? If anything, Naoto's sister could be the actual vessel for her. She even seems to doubt herself in the translation about her relation to Naoto, but brushes it off.
  22. And to think Amane was initially just "there", nice save Mori. I'm curious as to who is he observing exactly, if anyone. On a side note, does Raquel make an actual appearance on Naoto's story mode, or is she just a voice? Curious for some more Bloodedge Experience representation, since Naoto opened the floodgates.
  23. She actually says Ragna "wouldn't be able to save me, ever". Izzy's still the anomaly here, though. If she's linked to Amaterasu then why is she trying to destroy it? If she's just assuming the personality of a death goddess where did she get her power from? Can she see why kids like Cinnamon Toast Crunch? Mori's gonna spend more time on an obligatory swimsuit segment than to filling all the plot holes he dug, I'm sure.
  24. Okay, I'm officially over it. So I guess what Izzy was trying to say is that her defeat would do nothing compared to taking out whoever she wants Ragna to beat? She was kinda cryptic about what this greater evil is, just like Nine. The power of a god, besides herself? The truth, the titular Central Fiction, is what exactly? My guess is that this whole thing is Ragna's dying dream as he bleeds out in the church
