  1. SUPER rough and temporary but this is about what I can have done for today, what do you guys think of the format? I think the gist of everything I want on the character pages are there, so if you guys are cool with it I can copy-pasta the format onto the other pages and everyone can start filling it in~ (Also it's been awhile since I've worked on a wiki -and my own personally hosted one is lost in the sea of the interwebs ; -; - so the hard code might be a little sloppy, but it should all be pretty easy to plug in) Some notes: I was going to jot down frame advantage, but noticed that there might be some inconsistencies... as some of Tae's values changed between Serena and Main, so might require some further testing before plugging in. Also in regards to character...height? There were some interesting things during my testing, my list is as such: Height Class "big..ger?": Sisca "big": Main, Reviel, Cielo "small": Serena, Tae, Caligula, Cletia, Alcott, Reinhard, Cecil "small...er?": Qdora Using all of Tae's High hitting attacks (5A, 4A, 2C, 236236+A) I compiled this chart, I put all the tier names in quotations because I wasn't sure how you guys want to label them (but as they comprise the majority I say "small" should be the "base" or "normal" height). "Small" evaded all attacks while crouching, as expected of the hit level and opponent state. "Big" would whiff on 4A and 2C but would connect on 5A and 236236+A. "Big...ger?" is a special case as for some reason Sisca is the only one who 4A will connect on while crouching (along with 5A and 236236+A like "Big"). Now "Small...er?" is a special case, while Qdora evades everything properly like "Small", but if crouching for an extended time she actually lays down, not only did this make her evade all High attacks, but she even evaded some of Tae's Mids in this state. So yeah, want to know how you guys want to label the boxes so I can plug that into Tae's notes and others will know whats up when filling in other characters. Let me know how you guys feel about all this @.@ I believe that's apart of this game's Burst mechanic (it is called the "Counter Burst" gauge after all :3)
  2. I still love this game, my favorite multi-character fighter, which probably won't change until Ougon 3 I'm currently enraptured in E's Laf but would totally pick this up again if others wanted to fight .o. RosaxJessica FOREVER~!
  3. If it's giving you trouble, try a keyboard emulator like Joytokey to try and trick the program :3
  4. Excluding the first column (because that's nothing but direction inputs which shouldn't be messed with lol) you should just have to click the boxes next to each command (another box should pop up, disappearing only if you press a button) and hit the button you want to assign the command.
  5. You'll need to go to the config (in the game folder, should be labeled as such with a coffee cup icon) and it will be on the 3rd tab
  6. For guard options it's the 16th option going down (tons of guarding options but the basic ones are 1. none, 2. all, 3. random, 4. after 1st hit, 5. guard and jump), air recovery is 2 down from that with ground recovery right under it (cycles: 1. none, 2. forward, 3. neutral, 4. back, 5. random)
  7. FYI, it's "My Fair Lady" all her moves are named after movies (most of which I'm surprised at, given the country of origin)
  8. Yeah definitely working on that, hope to have something that we can all work on soon~ .o. Also there's a weird glitch on Sisca B's 2C, for some reason at point plank, the hitbox is complerely non-existent sometimes... Usually it reappears after the first 2 attempts, but if you move from position you'll "reset" it and sometimes while doing consecutive ones in place it will random vanish. Interesting that (since it has a vacuum effect) if you are in that perfect hit range and pull them into that null range, it NEVER misses. EDIT: Also it seems everyone's crouching hitbox avoids High attacks with the exception of Main, Revil, and (surprisingly) Cielo (wonder if that's intentional for all 3) EDIT: At least she has the 2nd highest HP in the game D: Don't feel bad, Tae's damage isn't all I want it to be, but at least she makes up with it for some awesome setups and just pure cool factor lol We need to get that netplay going~

I am in love with this game, Tae, Serena, Sisca are lots of fun (but really everyone is, it's so hard to pick a main~) still trying to understand some of the finer workings of the system but it's a real blast so far, one of the most interesting fighters I've played in ahile. I'm gonna jot down some findings later~

  13. Ya'll need to quit hating, nothing wrong with the Bat-verse, we already know that it's their world, DC is just guest starring~ Also I can't believe I didn't notice it earlier, Barbra is going to be Baraka inspired just like Killer Frost is SubZero inspired! D: -jk
  14. That's the only problem, this game had Cassandra Cain written all over it .v. Barbra's not even a "good" character any more, she's just Batman 63 now, hopefully the Ventriloquist arc renews my interest in the character now that Cassandra and Stephanie have been blinked out of existence ; A;

  17. Ein and Hitomi are the same just as Ryu and Ken are the same; like many "clone" characters the differences need to be examined on a deeper level than cosmetics. Ask anyone who plays Hitomi in 5, assuming they've played Ein up till then, they would be happy to see his return. Also you act as if they can't further adjust him, I mean Gen and Eliot have similar movesets but are worlds apart, and Kokoro and Akira use the same fighting styles (with different disciplines) and no one complains about them. And if Teccoei honestly expects to sell a possible new release with 1 character, lol.
  18. Hmm, I see OG Cyborg (like during his Titans years, early Justice League), The Animated Series Harley, and Odyssey Wonder Woman (which would be more hype if Wonder Woman wasn't so awful -looking- in this game) Not 100% sure on bottom left.
  19. Really liking the new HUD, also interesting that Weiss now has an indicator for when her extended blade is on, not sure how to feel about that lol
  20. Trust me, you won't hear ANYONE complain if they add Ein into the game, Hitomi is cool but just no Ein, it's been like that since 3/2U. Yeah I'll prefer download (of even the dual option) but yeah considering DoA has only been out for 7ish months I'd hate for a re-release. And I'm already not digging this being the possible 3rd major version in such a short time :\
  21. Why are they putting Momiji in this? I hope this is bringing the DoA5+ content (character OST, improved training modes) to consoles, but really I'm disappointed in their new character tease (seriously DoA and NG don't need to be THIS close...), hopefully she isn't the only one, maybe new characters or the return of olders with new freshness (EIN! Raidou lol) Wonder if this will be new release or patch, and speaking of patches, ugh ANOTHER [possible] balance update :\
  22. I'm not talking about CP Tsubaki, I'm talking about "Izayoi"; everyone is acting like she's become a new person. And honestly CP Tsubaki isn't all that different from CS Tsubaki, as back in CS she may have questioned what he was doing, but that's because her friends were acting against what she upholds, all "Mind Eater" did was have her continue to turn a blind eye to the actions of the NOL, once the hex is broken she sees that the NOL has become corrupt and now she moves to restore "proper" order which she still holds dear. More importantly, how is Tsubaki combating the adverse affects of Izayoi, or is it's complete form not as detrimental?
  23. All of you stop, just stop! There has been NO change in Tsubaki's personality, she has always been about order, that's just how her family raised her with their traditional upbringing. All that changed was she no longer acts on the Imperator's behalf. Also there are Justice Stalwarts all over BB; Bang was the original Defender of Truth, Love, and Justice and you all ate it up, also people forget how much of a self-righteous asshole Hakumen was (complete with his own monologues) but now they've severely played down his nature and boiled it down to "IMMA KILL RAGNA, GWOAAAAH!"
