Only problem is that (6D~A)x2 is char specific... But yeah, usually ending in a Jakou will put you in a better position as long as your not throwing them out of the corner..

No worrys man I didn't even stay long. Played some fun matches against a ragna and I left after only 2 hours. Going to be hard to get down there after this week but ill still try to make it out once and awhile -

Depends on when I get there.. I won't be there this week because I fucked up my thumb and can't hold a joystick right now. Starting next week though I'll be in Ontario and when I stop by AI I'll be there at like 5:30... but no one's even there that early :8/: I usually stay for at least 3 hours tho anytime I go unless I've got other shit to do that day like last week... -
You can RC 214B into 4D~D, 5C, 2C. (I'm pretty sure the 2C connects, but won't go into 4D, or even j.C because of the length of the combo) but it's really shit damage for the meter you spend. I only do it if the 214B just isn't enough to kill them. For what it's worth you can do the same combo off of an air throw from pretty high up without having to RC.

FFFFFuck I damaged my thumb in my last week at work =[ Because of that I probbably won't make it this week... BUT I got a new job starting next week and I'm off at 5 every day and only 20min away from AI, so I'll probbably be there much more often for some much needed practice. GG's last week though Zong, I need to get that 3C, Jayoku down.. -

I got my B.S. last year so I've already paid my dues for having to go to class I'm about an hour away from AI with no traffic, but when I'm at work I'm already half way there so I usually stop by after I get off at 7:30. I'm only ever there Tuesday nights after work, or Wednesday and Friday mornings since I don't work those days though. Any other free time I'm out with the fiance. -

If you keep your back pressed against the wall Jakou will throw them in front of you each time so long as you don't leave any space between your back and the corner.

Back to corner (no space behind you) 100% heat : (keep your back to the corner the whole time) : 214D~B (FC), 6D~A, 6D~A, 623D, 2B, 5C, 2C, 4D, 623D, 5C, 2C, 623D, Rapid, 236236B, 623D I don't remeber what goes after the second Jakou, but you have to get the third off QUICK, may have just been a pickup with 5C into Jakou but I thought there was a 2C so I dunno. Either way you do it you should add the 5C then 2C to get more damage tho.. Both j.B or mashing C on the approach works, but I thought the C version did more damage

When you've got a long combo going and rapid Jakou to followup with 214D~C don't even bother trying to 4D~D it doesn't work. Not sure if you can even get the second set of j.Cx5's to combo at that point. I guess it just depends on how far you got before you did that Jakou.

You can just mash C when you get near them on the approach, then mash C some more untill you see 5C come out then it's 2C, 4D~D, ect. Think it may do more damage and it's hella easy to mash C..

I'm not sure you'd be able to followup after a 214D~B done in the middle of a combo... typically you only get good damage off it, or combo even, if the flash kick alone is some sort of counter.. "Jayoku, 6D~Ax2, Jakou, dash 3C, Jayoku, 6D~Ax2, Jakou" did just over 6K with room for more I'm betting. I did it off a FC though, so I'm assuming it'll work just as a regular hit since it only has two 6D~A's on each end of the Jayoku..

You can get pretty far into a BnB and still link Jayoku... Char specific one is 5C, 3C, 214D~C, 5C, 2C, 236236B Even done 5C, 3C, 214D~C, 5C, j.Cx5, 236236B

I wish I knew why the chain retracts after the second "6D~A" after a Jayoku... The first one hits just fine, the second hits then retracts right away. Doesn't really make sense since they'd be further away from where the first hit meaning it doesn't only retract if you hit them with it too close.
