Which you can also count as arakune's which is 23F and its even on block AND it can be jump canceled on block making it more difficult to punish than it should be, let me put it this way your not gonna punish ara's 6A after blocking unless he commits to something meaning he was being dumb. Now -4 is safe under normal circumstances, think about it, when you blocked a hells fang can ragna do anything afterwards? he can block, he can backdash, he can poke, he can DP, and he can do the follow up which puts him in a shitty spot but its not about that. I don't use 6D much so no I wouldn't get hit by every normal. Also its not that 5B and 5C have very little hit stun its just that IB is stupid strong in this game. 2B and 2C has very little histun. I can actually 360A 2B>5C without IB. edit: noels 6b is 24F it is not that slow.
