The staff has been wanting to get rid of him, but on legal stance the manager says he's a patron as he pays for credits. Any threats he makes towards other guests is detrimental to the business, and subsequently can get him banned.
If he doesn't like it he should read the air and figure out what an inconvenience he's been. Subtly revealing signs for the past few months didn't give him the hint, being more hard about it is the only solution.
You're the second person he's snapped at for the smell problem. If he continues to make horrible decisions, there's no good word to be said.
I have as much as a heart as most people for the homeless, but there are two sides to every story, and his behavior doesn't say anything for sympathy.
