  8. I guess that's expected. Contact invitation sent.
  9. This sounds good. I'm usually on both at the same time. Skype: BloodWolF
  10. And We're in for EVO. Let's start practicing.
  11. GGs Nemesis. I'm sorry for playing so terrible today. I've been like this all week. I'm just tired as hell. I hate the term, but I feel like a damn scrub. Well played. Edit: GGs to you too Jago.
  12. I'm pretty happy with mine. I've heard enough complaining about her to last me awhile. She can stay right where she is.
  13. The animations are a bit different for each DD, so I'm not sure if they'd fall for a Legacy Edge. The OD would have to be done early in their dash and it wouldn't be worth the burst even IF they fell for it unless it was a match closer. That's one of our only (baitable) reversals.
  14. I agree with SWD in the frustration of having the dog pretty much touching you in a dash and then just backing out through your calamity sword for a free CH. "Catch him while he's in a move" is what we're basically doing. SEEing the move of 6F startup on a dog moving at high speeds is what leads us to the option of going for the DD when the dog is practically on top of us rather than looking for said flying 5a. There should be SOME danger to his decision, I would think. I know we could try to counter poke his dash if he's coming in, but just backdashing through a giant sword with a superflash as the go signal doesn't exactly require a hard read. That's the argument, I think.
  15. I agree with the 720..besides the input. I fail at those. Astraling a Tager is always a nice feeling though. I've done it in a tournament with the precursor of "Will you stop running like a bitch and come over here?"..."Ok." > Act Parser Zwei > Astral. Edit: I obviously say this in jest. She doesn't need a command grab, but having one in theory is entertaining. Perhaps stunning them and scanning them or impaling herself and them in a psuedo-yoshimitsu style (not unlike the astral idea mentioned previously)
  16. I think she's fine the way she is. A lot of these suggestions seem like a bit much. I don't think Luna is lacking in any way. Like Toan, I find myself using sickle oki more than gravity a lot of the time. Limiting yourself to one form and playstyle just kind of ruins all of these new options and variety we've been given this iteration. We have the ability to switch and change our style and moveset so fluidly, forcing the opponent to change accordingly and be on guard. We rely on system mechanics to escape corner pressure. If you would have asked me in November, I would have wanted a DP, but now I feel like we have the mobility and tools to do without. It can be frustrating as hell at times, but it can also make the matches so damn exciting. The only things in those lists that I can find that I think would be nice would probably be the ~C crescent cancel in Luna. Perhaps making 4b airborne, but that may be a bit much to ask for. I think the idea that she's floating in the air, but can be grabbed seemingly by her "ankles" bothers me. ..and Errol, the answer is most definitely no.
  17. I agree with the CS1 well comment. I also know your feelings when you miss a drive and they get in for free. Swords are a big investment. I guess my opinion stems from the fact that, when I lose, I never find myself saying "If I only had a reversal", but instead saying "I don't have a reversal, so I should really review that and work on my mobility/defense." We get small damage off of small hits and decent damage when we use our resources correctly. Could things be improved? Yeah. However, I am pretty happy with where she is sitting right now. She's complex, yet so much fun for the average reward. I don't want another CT Nu. This one is too enjoyable for me.
  18. I think Nu is fine the way she is, honestly. I admit that having no reversal and being corner raped can be frustrating, but I think it forces us to take advantage of our mobility and makes the game a little more exciting at times. She does decent damage given meter/gravity/mode/positioning, so making keeping track of it all keeps the game from becoming dull.
  19. Yes. It says that. However, it says the Vita version will be getting the rebalance first.
  20. It took me over a month to get it SWD. I still drop IAds sometimes too. It's disheartening, but you should definitely stick with it. The truth is that I bought a TE, used it for a week and went back to pad. It wasn't until I ended up overseas and in the arcades with no stick experience that I decided that I was going to drop pad completely and go stick. I can honestly say now that it was a great decision and I am glad I did so. I think you'll feel the same after you get used to it, but it may be a rough road.
  21. I like flail around randomly and hope their HP bar empties before mine.
  22. I'm on, though feeling worn out and miserable. I'm up for some games.
  23. Anyone on this morning and up for some games?
  24. And that would be your opinion and not an uncommon one. My dislike stems from the simplicity of their main combo routes..and yes they sometimes stem from a very resourceful move like Mu's 5C. Everyone has things they dislike about certain characters. Hence the "pet peeve".
  25. I'm well aware that it is in my favor and I'm well aware that for her to be there, I could have kept her out if I did everything correctly. However, I think you're missing the point of my statement. I'm not sure how to word it in a more understandable way, so I can only reiterate that "I just dislike the nature of her combos" and leave it at that. The conversation was originally about Noel and I have the same disdain for her combo routes as well, thus I expanded on my similar feelings regarding Mu's combos.
