Right when I log on, it's right into the damn blocking olympics. I know you despise compliments, but I had a lot of fun. I'm still terrible at the matchup, but I'm picking up on certain things. I appreciate all of the MU experience. Edit: and GL at EVO. I'm still torn that I can't make it this year. Hopefully I'll see you offline another time, perhaps in JP.

Just take note of those insulting others in the lobby and avoid them. There are plenty of skilled, respectful people in the online lobby, you just might have to wait for a seat. I always keep my Vita with me so I can grind out FFX or something while I wait..that or I'm logged into FFXIV on the PC.

I'm surprised Nu is at 9. Where are these people? (besides Germany apparently.)
-
You should wake up..

I think, given the opportunity and community, that would be the best way to be, SWD. Don't feel bad.
-
GGs everyone I played. Daishi, McShadow. Sorry McShadow. I was winding down and having trouble switching gears to fight Terumi. Great matches, though. Well played everyone.
-
GGs Hero. Great Hakumen. It was a lot of fun.

Combos go past DD? I thought we could only do DD.. Are there 5DDDD combos!?
-
I'll be on in a bit if anyone is up for some matches. I may have to take a nap first though, haha.

and you kept bursting my sideswap combo. Damn your black heart... I don't run into many other Nus besides you and Toan. I do get the occasional counterpick Nu..but it doesn't usually do well for them and they either leave or try their main.

I agree. I just came from some offline matches tonight and you feel the lag so much more. Thanks for the MU experience. I learned a little more about Platinum and Carl. I don't have access to much plat, so seeing some good combos and setups was nice. Well played sir. It's always a treat.

I agree. There were a few times when I knew I was going into something (usually a dp) and my mind was yelling "bait!" and tried to put on the brakes, but my hands were like two disabled kids flailing outside the window drooling all over themselves..they just don't get the message.

GGs Errol. I'm not sure why I always have trouble with Tsubaki. I haven't played enough of them to know where I can get out..and as soon I find a place..I get reminded that she has a dp. A great set though. I look forward to more of the same.

Shoutouts to days without some matches..I read these damn threads while in the lab and am too damn wiped out when I finally get home to play. Anyone up for some scrubby Nu sets tomorrow night?
-
There are many different reasons that someone can have that "I'm playing more terrible than usual" feeling. I often think that I'm playing terribly when I get home from a long shift or something and finally get to play, but I'm too tired to focus well. I can't fix that in training mode, but I can go to sleep or eat something to help refresh my mind. Execution is always a factor too, be it just dropping combos or transitioning into the lag of each match. I've been having problems with corner combos lately (notably 236B > 22A > 236D > 22A > 5D stuff). I land it almosst 100% of the time in training and offline matches, but transitioning stuff into the lag of the net is much harder when you're exhausted. So the main point I'm trying to make is that if you're having an off-day in the game, it CAN be remedied, but it may not be something you can fix in training mode (though most probably can.) Take a break, rest up, and come back to it if you can. Days that I don't have that option, I may just jump on and go into the lab to drill combos into my hands since my head is useless after hours in the OTHER lab. Getting frustrated online is just going to lessen the experience of the matches and the game in general, so taking time to fix what's wrong first might not be a bad alternative. Just identify the problems and do your best to address them before your next match. Just my 2 cents.

Sorry. *ahem* Fucking Rachel. I hate that broken slut. Instant overheads and pumpkins and frogs n shit. I didn't buy this damn game to sit in a corner and be date raped by some loli skank and her garden buddies. Fuck you Errol and your broken ass character. Better?
-
Great set Errol. I agree. Your Rachel is much more enjoyable to fight than Tsubaki. I haven't played a Rachel in over two months..I can't even remember when I last played a really good one, but yours was wonderful. That set was a lot of fun though. I hope we can play again when I'm not on the verge of passing out. I definitely look forward to more.

Well, don't be pressing dem der buttons..those are his.

Yeah. It seems that it can be done on reaction to Nu's 5D. I usually just take it as a reminder that I'm not paying attention enough and to keep an eye on his meter like normal. It can be baited though, too.
-
I'd say keeping yourself out of there is more important. Nu can do damage mid-screen with gravity and other options, but her options are really limited when put in the corner. Just practice and you'll find you've put them in the corner more than before. A lot of her BnBs have pretty nice corner carry.

GGs Starlight. I need more Platinum MU experience. It's a shame I had to run so early. Well played sir.

The color of your square online has meaning?
BloodWolF replied to PozerWolf's topic in BlazBlue Online Play
Hence why a lot of pinks dodge other pinks and a many others have sandbagged to light blue to get away from it and play without worrying about color. ...but what if the light blues start dodging each other as to not go up in rank?....Fuck it, the system is shyt. -

I think if you delete your local data, it resets(?). I'm not sure as I haven't attempted it, but I know people have done it. -

The question is though, did you reset to white and then work down to light blue, or did you go from pink to light blue? It should be expected that going from pink to light blue would take roughly twice as long as going from white to pink. -
^ All the games.
